Dollarama

Horrible! Never thought that they would ever steal/trick a kid for their money. I just brought something, the cashier also scanned it and everything, but when I got home and I start checking the things I brought, and I find out that I am missing things!

Well stocked Dollarrama store, where you can expect to find everything you need . Store looks bigger from the outside, but inside feels a little tighter than other stores. Cashiers were fine and efficient.

Leaving this review for customer mistreatment and for anyone who can make a system change to inform the store manager to take proper action without blindly following the company law.Our user case scenario is accidentally bought an item, identified prior to payment. However, payment was purchased as the item was changed, didn't leave the store , stayed on the same billing station with the same cashier, and requested the item to be replaced. Cashier is new, so the store manager was called to acknowledge.This was denied by the store manager due to company policy.I'm from a different city , and have visited many branches never had any issues replacing an item when still within the store accidentally bought.At the end, we purchased the new item but also left with an item that's not needed. Mistreatment by store manager wasting both customers' time and cashier without understanding human mistake was very disappointing, considering customer yet haven't left the store and identified purchased error. If other branches allow this, I truly wonder why the store manager within this branch blindly follows the policy.I was there with a newcomer, and seeing how the store manager was mistreating without providing proper customer guidance was very highly disappointed to notice.I only leave this for newcomers in the area to acknowledge prior to purchase until the system changes are applied. Further, anyone who can make a system change to set up proper management training to acknowledge customer service aligns throughout all branches.I was not planning to leave a review cz at the end a purchase made for a few bucks, but a few bucks is not a few for new migrants; posting it to make a change to help another individual in need not to face the same as we did with store manager on this branch.

Makes grocery stores look bad , 6 small cans of orange crush 3.25 at grocery store 4.50

Clean, well lit, organized, stocked, and the price is right!

It's a place you would want to buy cheap stuff. Some items are really good looking you don't think they are cheap. Though most of their items are made in China. (You should know the prices of what you are buying coz some of the prices of items are about the same ones if you get them from other stores. That means you aren't saving.)

Spacious parking space and also accessible to the entrance. Staffs are accomodating and friedly. Cashier is also efficient, I checked out without having problem. There's not much dollor anymore though but still a good pkace to wander around.

Gosh im so speechless telling myself it's fun wondering around to explore until i pickup whatever
