Always friendly, clean store! We have a German Shepherd mix. That breed has a sensitive stomach. We buy our food there and our dog loves the food and his stomach has settled. Will try to post a pic of the food we buy. Great rewards if you register. An employee, perhaps the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with respect to my dog's health needs. I will post the random pics I took of dog food storage containers and later a pic of the dog food we buy.

Our go-to place for parrot food, treats and toys. Never have to worry about there being no Nutriberries, pellets or other staples, which happens a lot at PetValue. Big toy selection with frequent sales for a few dollars off.

Went in with my 8 week old kitten (Dream) the day I adopted him to get everything I needed to be a good kitten mommy. Was immediately surrounded by employees eager to help me get everything my little Dream needed. Thank you for the excellent service!

Read if you're thinking about adopting a hamster!Love coming here for supplies for my hamster! the only thing I'd say is they need to upgrade their small pets habitats. Syrian hamsters need 12 inch wheels and the ones they have are 7 inches. 7 inch wheels will cause back bending and back injuries. They also aren't supposed to put hamsters in pairs. They are territorial animals and shouldn't be kept in pairs. This goes for dwarf hamsters aswell. Also they put way too much food in the bowls aswell as no enrichment for the hamsters.If you're going to buy a cage from here, you'll spend way more then if you bought a bin for 40$ and made a bin cage. Hamsters need 420 sq of unbroken floor space which you won't find any cage that size in pets stores. Also they need atleast 9-10 inches of bedding. Please watch Victoria raechel on YouTube if you're thinking of getting a hamster. Nonetheless this is a great store that does have some good quality item's, but they definitely need to research more on proper animal care and upgrade their products and habitats for the hamsters and other small pets.

I think this place is great. I have not been to this place in the last several years, but I went there a lot before. They always replace my fish died within warranty. There is a store manager, she is possibly Latin and Canadian, she is very friendly. The fish are well cared for at this place. As for pet fish, this is a sound place to go.

Super helpful and patient staff! I got two baby rats who are the absolute sweetest! I will say that one of them was so so little when I first adopted them, she was able to escape the cage I first had for them by slipping through the bars. Twice! I got a better suited cage for them and she's since grown a bit so no worries now, but I do wonder if they should be adopting out such teeny babies? Maybe let them grow a little bit first?

My first visit...Well stocked, well laid out, and easy to navigate. Friendly, helpful staff. Great sales and incentives. I'll be back!!
