But you'll be in for direct withdrawals, after revoking your permission (there's the illegal part), and then no apology just there's nothing I can do". Not family oriented or good customer sercice. Switching from oil to propane. Contacted numerous propane suppliers. Levac was the only supplier who had a sales representative come to the house.Their office staff were courteous and easy to talk to.Tanks were delivered and installed on time. The delivery staff were efficient and polite. The tanks were either new or freshly painted and look good. They did have some mud left on them, I would have appreciated a wipe down,The delivery truck was on site same day as the furnace was installed.Pleased so far.Thank you

We purchased a home and Levac Propane had propane tanks on the property. We have never had any dealing with this company and when we called for quotes they were defiantly NOT the best price so we decided to go with a competitor.We told them that we no longer require their tanks and to remove them from our property. They informed us that they would pick up the tanks in a couple of weeks3 months later they showed up to remove the tanks from our property finally and then they decided to leave us a bill for removal. This was never mentioned previously.Please do not do business with this company as they use unfair business practices to rip honest hard-working people off.

Switched from Oil to Propane, no issue. However, these guys are pricey. I have a tankless water heater as well and sometimes in the winter I get $600-$700+ bills for their Propane.Not sure switching to Propane was the wisest choice, just based on the money this costs. These guys have no problem filling up your tank every two'ish months without being asked. Meaning you don't need to contact them. They are on the ball.But not satisfied with the prise at all. Their workmanship is great and I've never had an issue with maintenance or anything like that. Just expensive. So, such is life. Decent company.

John Macdonald from the Kingston Levac location was extremely helpful, personable and professional in his service with our house today despite having to work in a torrential downpour. Their lack of customer service is backed by overcharging at every opportunity. They seem to be unable to return phone calls and expect customers to call back immediately. They don't mind causing the customer to spend extra money to make their jobs easier. They do RUN OUT OF PROPANE, a few cold January's ago I had to resort to baseboard electric heat to keep my family and house warm.There are other companies out there, give Levac's competition a chance, they can't be any worse.

not sure what would be a better description of their service:A: dirty bath waterB: dog waterEdit: yes, I tried giving you the opportunity and you were rude every time. You damaged my furnace from leaving me at low pressure and/or allowing it to run out. I complain; you send another tank and your monitoring system, for which you want me to pay and then 3 days later I am out again. You continuously dropped the ball and were rude when I called to let you know. Happily moving to Superior! I should have picked them in the beginning when your sales rep lied to me. Shame on me.

Great customer service from Julie at the office ! And Adam sales rep is very helpful and worked with us to get us situated just right. Overall great experiences!! Even the install guys Wil and John M were awesome !! Would highly recommend the Levac team. From start to finish - fantastic experience

I have been with Levac for a full year now. We were initially hesitant signing with them when we first purchased our home. We have had excellent service without any issues. They actually replaced our old tank for us with a larger brand new one at no charge! Thank you Levac propane so far!Follow up: been with levac for 4 years. Great service and absolutely no issues. Very happy and super glad I didnt pay attention to some of these bogus reviews.

Levac has really gone above and beyond. I can't tell you the last time I had to call them for a tank fill up. They automatically know when our tanks are low. Highly recommend them!
