I have only good things to say about Access Windows and Doors! The quality is unmatched, and the service is also amazing. The owners are the nicest people and everyone that works for them feels like your friend. We have a Bay Window from them and a custom front door. We get compliments on both of them all the time and they’ve helped our heating bills go down! Their products are made for Winnipeg winters.

Sascha was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, quick with quotes and to respond to any and all questions. Had a small issue after the install and Sascha looked after it right away. Excellent service. We built a new house and energy efficiency was a major consideration. We got all windows and doors from Access, with a huge amount of surface area coming from glass and still our air tightness was 1.14!! Love the hardware and locking mechanisms, very high end product. Thank you Sascha and crew.

We decided on Access Windows and Doors because of Quality, Esthetics & Value. Manitoba has virtually the harshest climate for windows and doors so we need the best product. There are many so called german tilt turn window companies out there already and some of this product is inferior quality. So far Access Window has been our only supplier for our house that did not charge more than the quotation.

I am glad that we found Access Window and Door Design! They are completely different from everything else on the market. The design and the quality it's incredible! I have seen that type of windows and doors only in Europe. The prices are very competitive and the service is unbelievable! Everyone from the office, delivering and installers are super professional and give you the feeling of long time friends. We absolutely recomend them!

We have Access products in our house and sunroom and so far, we are loving them. No complaints on any of the windows, and the doors far outperform our garage doors (competitor brand). Service has been great; both responsive and knowledgeable. Love the top down/bottom up blinds as well.

Had a big order from this company of interior doors, 80+doors.Got all doors they are a great door no complaint there. BUT, missing all the cover hardware for locks and still have not got them. Also 1 door frame was damaged when we opened the box can't get a replacement for it. Been asking this company for this stuff over a year and a half. Have to share this because been begging the sales man of this company to get this done for me.
