Great little place for a fast soup and sandwich lunch. The menu changes daily, and you can sample the soups before deciding. Generally friendly and nice staff, if you're a regular they get to know you. Can be a bit busy for the lunch rush, but otherwise is generally quick service, and you can always order ahead online for either sit down or take out.

I hadn't visited the place in a year and, unfortunately, this location is a shell of it's former self. They were out of supplies. Everyone's soup was cold (they were able to reheat it in their microwave). The sandwich filling was sparse, although the bread was nice. However, I will try them again if I encounter Zoup at a different location. While we couldn't enjoy our last visit, I do enjoy their soup recipes.

January is THE month for soup. I enjoyed the fact they let you try the flavors before making your choice. At first i wanted the spicy bean soup, it was too spicy. So I went for the crab soup. Absolutely delicious. The portion could be bigger.The staffs are very friendly and the manager came to our table to make sure we were happy with our meal.

Amazing Soup! Love the unlimited free samples, so you can be sure of the soup that is right for you for that day. Only been there a few times, but I'm always looking for excuses to go back again!

Badly wanted/needed soup and was extremely disappointed. Way, WAY, **WAY** too salty. Wrote corporate and was told they needed to salt to maintain standards. If THAT much salt is needed the flavour substandard. The soup should stand on it's own and salt should enhance the flavour not BE the flavour. Wasted my money, will NOT go again and would not recommend at all. Don't believe they are homemade soups as I was told.

Ask them to show you the actual ingredients in the soups. They keep the ingredients in a booklet and will show you only when you ask for it. The soups are loaded with MSG (what they call natural flavoring), preservatives and other strange chemicals. The soups seam to be coming straight out of cans. The cut and texture of the ingredients also indicates them being factory made. If you think eating this soup is a healthy choice, you might not live long enough to learn what healthy eating means.

I come here from time to time and the soup is great! The lobster Bisque is hands down the best! the chicken Thai curry is pretty good too! It looks like they changed management recently and have all new staff so it takes a longer time to get your meal as people are in training, but they are doing their best. I will still keep coming here.

Impressed. Took the kids here for lunch for a change, and this place was awesome! Service was excellent, staff took the time to let each of my kids sample all the soup offerings without any problems. I believe it was the owner who checked on us to make sure my family left satisfied. Definitely will return! Btw, the chicken potpie soup is highly recommended

Right when I got in there the staff was there welcoming me and offering samples of all their soups. I tried about 5 of them and decided to go with a traditional broccoli and cheddar soup with a chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious, including the 5 soups I sampled for free. More importantly the service was great, and I will definitely be going to Zoup again.
