Made an oil change appointment, upon arrival they couldn’t find my appointment, they then took the truck in right away, that was at 11:30, it’s been almost two hours and I’m still waiting, an oil change takes about 45mins at the most, the shop is also empty, will not be back, got to me lube folks, they’ll get you in an out in a reasonable amount of time

Unfortunately this is not the review I was hoping to post. I recently just purchased a car off the lot here at Taylor Ford. The salesman helping me was absolutely amazing as well as the other employees while I was getting my new vehicle. Sadly this is all that has been good about my experience here. I have been serviced twice now. The first time I waited 4 hours for an oil change. I was impatient so after periods of time I would go check with the service desk to get updated on my vehicle. Low and behold they forgot my vehicle? As a small business owner my time is valuable and I can’t sit around all day waiting to be what? Forgotten? Ridiculous. They obviously knew they messed up so they rebooked me a week later. I go back today to no appointments booked in their system for me. I tell the service desk my situation and they take my car in reassuring me everything will be seen. Now I sit here again 3 1/2 hours later still waiting. Not impressed. I will not be recommending anyone to come here. The cars in the lot may be pretty but the service here is not.

Had a great experience. I had to bring in my 2011 F150 to have the whole dash console replaced. whole process took just over a week and that's only because the parts had to be ordered. I was contacted several times through the process with updates and nothing was done until i understood the issues and cost.

Amazing experience with Mike in service, found us a backordered part and had our vehicle repaired within 24 hours of the call getting us back on track for all our transportation needs. Fabulous customer service all the way from phone to shop, happy to have chosen Taylor Ford :) thank you Mike!!!

We took our vehicle in for a spongy brake pedal, they contacted us to let us know that the repair was going to be covered by an extended warranty. We were so happy to hear this (we had the issue diagnosed with another company and the cost was going to be about $1400). It was a more in-depth repair that I felt more comfortable with FORD completing since they have technicians trained on my vehicle. The service staff was awesome.

Recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus from Taylor Ford. Overall great experience from sales to finance to delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
