I can't even begin to touch on how much Choice helped me through the toughest time I have been through - the tragic and unexpected passing of my beautiful Mama Mary Ann Janz...not in one post anyways.Aside from the huge fiscal consideration being of course appreciated, they were fully involved, courteous, committed, supportive, and genuine in everything from getting Mom from the hospital, cremation, viewing, cremation, funeral, and service. Everybody commented on how good everything went.A heart felt thumbs up and hugs from my family to you and all yours. ♥️

I'm not sure I can fully put in words how much appreciation I have for Choice Memorial. When my uncle passed 7 years ago, my father and mother were told about Choice and used their services for cremation. They were very impressed by the level of care and service. Then on June 20/23, my father passed away. When the hospital asked my mother and I what funeral home we'd be using, we immediately agreed on Choice. I made the call and spoke to Kelsey. She was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to move along with the process. The next day we met her for our appointment, and I was amazed at the attention to detail, the level of and amount services, the kindness and compassion, the choices we were offered. Last week was the hardest week of my life. Having the help and support we received from Choice, made a task that seemed unfathomably hard, feel as easy and stress free as that situation possibly could. Thank you so much, Kelsey. We will never forget your kindness and your help.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences dealing with Choice Memorial. This was my first experience having to personally go through the process of dealing with the aftercare of a loved one. Being the Executrix, I felt a bit overwhelmed after the loss of my father, but Funeral Director Taylor Smart was an absolute pleasure to deal with; She made me feel very comfortable during the process and was funny and uplifting. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Not only did she help take care of so many things after losing a loved one, I felt as if I gained a friend who I felt comfortable asking any questions or voice concerns and she was more than happy to help. She was spoken highly of as a recommendation when losing someone and I will happily continue on the recommendation of such a wonderful, caring human being. Also, to all the staff who seamlessly orchestrated the funeral. Everyone was so kind and professional and we truly felt the funeral went well and exceded our expectations. It was a busy day and we didn't have to worry about anything as all the details were taken care of.

I can't thank the staff at Choice Memorial enough. My dad passed away last Saturday, they were able to pick him up within a day, and had the cremation service at the location in Rocky View as requested and were able to send me back to the USA with my remains all within a week. They were compassionate, very patient given we were all very emotional and frazzled due to this happening all so suddenly. I HIGHLY recommend using Choice for your cremation services, I had called around to many places, and this place felt right in my heart and soul. From the first visit to gather information about their services, I felt welcomed and was immediately treated with professionalism and given a great deal of helpful information. Upon our father passing, my first meeting with Cheryl was compassionate and reassuring - that everything they could handle for our family, they would. Choice Memorial not only provided the basic services (transportation, facilities for preparation etc.) with efficiency, but also completed/submitted the necessary government documents, had an on-site (tastefully decorated) ceremony room, and made available a livestream service to accommodate our overseas family needs. The other areas that impressed me about Choice Memorial was the spectrum of options for how extensive we wanted their services, as well as the personal touches and up front costs, that were more than reasonable.I would never hesitate to highly recommend Choice Memorial and Cheryl to others!

I do not have the proper words to give enough credit to Choice Memorial. 3 weeks ago my brother in law passed rather suddenly ....leaving behind children, parents, brothers, and so many more in both shock and disbelief.After agreeing to donate his organs, the hospital informed us that arrangements to collect his remains must be made for the next day.....where do you even begin with that?With the permission of the family, I blindly took on the arrangements. I worked mostly with Chelsea; and her patience, knowledge and kindness was like no other. I told her what was going on, and she took control from there. From taking my brother in law from hospital, into their care, to providing all documents needed, as well as submitting government documents on many levels. Everything that needed to be done was so, all wrapped into one.The price quoted never changed....they worked for us on weekends, and were available any time. They definitely guided myself and our family through this difficult time.I definitely recommend Choice Memorial for all your needs in a difficult time of loss..... no added BS, no added prices.I will remember Chelsea 's kindness forever.
