We started our Custom Built Home process last November. We have been dealing with Jeff since our first visit to Shane’s show home at the Hamptons. We fell in love with the Fairway and with his help we were able to build one in Glacier Ridge.The process has been a long one due to Covid and supply issues. But we were updated through the process and we felt like we were kept up to speed on the house progress along the way. We are not the easiest clients to deal with. At times we shared our frustrations with Jeff but he always had a great way of easing our minds and doing everything he could to resolve it. Jeff and his team have been amazing. All our questions and concerns has always been answered right away or at least addressed. This building experience has been great so far and we are very close to be moving into our new home.We are super excited and glad we went with Shane Homes for our dream house. Jeff as the site manager and Drew as the site project manager has made our buying a custom new home experience super easy and manageable. We have had 30 to 40 changes orders and design changes on this house. When they say it’s a custom house believe me they will do it. This of course makes it very challenging and difficult for the building team but they nailed it. Thank you guys for all you have done.

I am currently in the process of having my home built by this home builder and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. They have been professional, friendly, and offered a truly custom experience. The design is great and they have really listened to my needs and preferences. Michael and Veliny, the area managers, have been especially helpful and have gone above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect. Their team is always available to answer any questions I have and they have made the entire process stress-free. I am confident that the final product will exceed my expectations. The level of customer service and attention to detail that Shane Homes provides is truly exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch home building experience. 5 stars!

We recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding builder Shane Homes, who exceeded my expectations in every way. Though at the inception of our relationship it was little confusion for my partner and myself to understand the process (being out of the province deal) but as soon as Sabrina and Joe started their communication with us, it was clear that I was in good hands and builder was extremely professional and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.One of the things that stood out to me the most was their (Sabrina and Joe's Team) responsiveness. They were always quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and were happy to make themselves available for phone calls and meetings as needed. I really appreciated this level of communication, as it helped me to feel more informed and involved in the building and closing process.But what really impressed me, was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable in a new place. For example, when I wanted to do some re-modeling Shane Homes they made several suggestions for design improvements. This saved me a lot of time and money. They also supported me throughout after the closing process as well.Overall, I cannot recommend this builder and Sabrina and Joe's team highly enough.
