Brought a watch here for repair and it came back scratched on the outside and on the glass, do not get watches fixed here. When asked about the damage I was offered a discount on the service. I think they are most qualified to change batteries. Do not bring your nice watches here for repair because you risk scratches and damage.

Good prices, terrible service. My watch came back scratched on the crystal and the case with lots of dirt. I went for a repair and it literally came back worse and dirty. took it to another repair shop to fix the damage from this shop.

The gentleman has always been honest, and is able to fix our watches as needed. He is knowledgeable and does work with a good turn around time. I continue to return when I need batteries, straps, or repairs.

The wrist watch battery died within one month. Replaced glass broke at the same time. I suspect he might have replaced the inner machine with a low quality Chinese motor. Hopefully he will improve his service.

I keep going back. The jeweler is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my old watches that others told me couldn't be fixed. I highly recommend this company to everyone I can.

I went to a more luxury watch shop before only to find out they did not know how to change my citizen hyper aqualand battery. To make things even worst they did not close the watch properly and it got moisture the next day.I landed in Honshu store recommended by a friend of mine. The man really knows what he does. He performed his magic and brought my watch back to life removing all moisture, changing battery and adding silicone to the o-ring accordingly. The watch looks like new again. Strongly recommended at a very affordable price. Will be my watch service store from now on.
