I am not a frequent flier but I have been using Airflight Services to and from Pearson International Airport for over 10 years. They have always been professional, arrived on time with clean Limousines. Drivers have always been courteous and polite.Update: I scheduled a pickup for 5:45 AM on Sat Dec 10th, 2022. The Limousine arrived promptly. It was clean. The driver was polite and professional. I was pleased with the service.

Horrible experience, DON’t use their services.. The taxi driver was extremely rude and he was driving at 140km/h i had a 3 years ild child, but he didn’t care.I called to complain because I have a video of this taxi driver, no body want to talk to me, they really don’t care.Save your life by NOT taking this taxi services.NOT RECOMMEND…

Was charged $73. For a 19k drive to Brampton from Pearson. They were the only service available when we left the airport. Found out later that if you don’t book directly with the company the driver gets to charge whatever they want. Company said a booked service would have been $51. Partly my fault as I should have asked up front with the cost but it was late and a very long day of travel. They did have a sign indicating a $4. Extra charge for fuel costs but it was a Hybrid vehicle

This is my go to car service for trips to and from Pearson Airport. Have been using for over 3+ years nowI recently got dropped home from Pearson by car M29 and my driver was excellent. Very helpful wih the bags etc.The cars are always clean, arrive on time. And my fave feature is that you can call them once you've picked up your bags at Pearson and they organize a car to pick you up within minutes.Which is always an amazing feeling to have a car waiting for you after a long haul flight!

Pretty good service. The driver showed up before the time slot. Loaded all our luggage and had a pleasant drive to the airport. There was a glitch with our booking, turns out I needed a bigger car and had the wrong date/time on my original booking. I called in and they were super accommodating in changing the booking to my needs. Will use them again.

I booked this ride well in advance and even called ahead the night before my flight to confirm. I called at the requested time of departure to ask why my ride wasn’t here yet and they said the driver was running 30-40 minutes late. Normally I wouldn’t mind but my flight is early and I need to do a manual checkin. Driver called to offer me a free ride but I didn’t take the offer- I didn’t want to risk it. I’m now in an Uber headed to my destination.

When our flight from Toronto to Detroit was cancelled on the evening of 4/30, a group of passengers used this service to drive us to DTW. The two drivers were fantastic. It was a flawless trip, despite the late hour.

Called twice and they answered on the first ring both times. Helpful and friendly drivers, and they accept airline taxi vouchers as well. I also called them to let them know we were ready earlier than our reservation time to be driven to the airport, and they sent a car right away!

Ride-Airport to Mississauga.--Mr Sharma feedbackExperience-1-As soon as Mr Sharma saw I had 2 big bags and 2 strolleys he scoffed saying Oh all this ".Made a half hearted attempt to help woth one bag and then just stood there while I loaded all.the other bags.2- When he asked where we were going I gave him the address and he kept asking what route to take or what is teh intersection. (Who is the driver here..What is a customer doesn't know the area?).I told him I guess 403 as it's 11.30pm in the night and there won't be traffic anyway.3- Thirdly he almost missed the turn at the most important intersection until we corrected him (again use the address when the customer offered it to you first)4- Fourthly
