I would not suggest anyone to file tax with them. They messed up with my tax filing big time. They did not update me about the query I had on my file and due to that my tax filing from 2021 got sorted in 2023 first month and that too I had to follow up myself. When I called them to ask that I havent received letter from CRA with a security code even after 6 months, they ignored it rudely saying, it takes time and you have to wait- only if they bothered to have looked in my file and told me about the query. I would suggest everyone to not use their services!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Warning you guys, if you want to ruin your tax file than you can go with this Agent (Manish).First of all he had provided me all the false information . I even received notice of assessment though he was lying You cant refile your tax until may". He even responds rudely " I can't lose time in explaining you everything". He lied to me throughout the process and ended up making my returns WORST."
