Heartlake X-Ray Ultrasound - Valence Medical Imaging

I called them over 30 minutes ago, left a message with my name and number so I can book an appointment, till the writing of this review, NO RESPONSE!Thank you for your message, please note your reply is far from the truth, if as stated you were trying to contact me and even saying you do not have a record of my message on your phone, sorry there is something horribly wrong with the management! If you had no record then how did you call me after nearly 2 hours and we spoke?

Not that great technicians. Very rude. They dont give the gender information in an envelope when i asked to keep a reveal party. Picture they gave is not at all a clear one. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic. Receptionists are really great service.

Worst x-ray experience ever. Was not advised of a wait when I arrived. Turns out it was a 45 min wait for 2 x-rays. While in the waiting room a gentleman" came in and stated that he could not wear a mask. I asked him not to breath in

I took my father for X ray here. Good service.. helpful staff . The best part is their hours of operation. They are open 7 days a week and most of the days they are open till 8 pm. Really works for me as I can go after my work. Less wait time. Definitely recommend this place

These people don’t care about people ‘ s life . Its joke for them , 0 professionalism . I had injuries in my wrist and went for x ray . I waited one week for my results and whenever i call them said we already send your report to your doctor. But when i call my doctor everytime lady told me she haven’t received anytime yet . So basically they lost my repot . But when you go there for x ray , they show you lot of attitude

Called in on Sunday about doing a walk in x ray, was told no issue and to arrive with the form and health card.Arrived, checked in, given a changing room and was finished in less then 10 minutes. Great speed and service.

Terrible! Me and my girlfriend were first time expecting parents and had an ultrasound which we expected to be a memorable experience. Unfortunately the technician was very unprofessional and made the experience one I want to forget. Did not get her name but I know she was of Asian or Chinese ethnicity. This has nothing to do with race and has everything to do with the fact that she wasn’t welcoming or interactive at all. Was very uncomfortable and disappointed that she ruined this experience for me and my girlfriend. We didn’t even have a moment to appreciate looking at the baby on the screen as she literally finished in 10 seconds and rushed us out the door when there was 2 people in the waiting room. All I was asking was for at least a minute to live in the moment of looking at our first born child. Unfortunately that was not the case. The pictures she took were blurry since she just randomly clicked anything and printed them out without giving us the option. Not sure if that’s just protocol or she’s just mad at the world and has to make everyone else’s lives as miserable as hers. Hopefully she gets fired soon, as I seen this wasn’t the only negative review about her. She should lose her license and chose a different career path because clearly this isn’t for her. Other than that..the place was very clean!

I went for an ultrasound at this place and I had wonderful experience. I didn’t have to wait at all! Staff is very polite and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

Nice people but not accurate. Had an ultrasound there which came back saying it was fine. Two weeks later my doctor wanted me to take the same test at the hospital where it showed I have malignant cancer - glad my doctor thought it didn’t look right and sent me to a professional

I’m very impressed with ultrasound specialist Dr. Ramona. She is very experienced and I don’t have word to explain about her she is doing great job. I’m happy with her job . Great job mam. God bless you. Thanks.
