Mud Sweat and Gears Spruce Grove, always make an effort to find a solution to your problem. It's fantastic having a specialty local bike and snow shop that knows what they are talking about regarding bikes and ski/snowboard goods! The staff are great and always very helpful! My son and I had been shopping for a bike and had a bad experience at Crankys in St Albert where after dealing on an expensive bike they wanted an additional $40 to adjust the air in the shocks. The salesman never really seemed to care about us. We left and went to Mud Sweat and Gears in Spruce Grove. Dealing with Keenan was a totally different feeling from the outset. He was patient and set up a bike for us. Then when my son felt the bike wasn't quite right fit for him they set up another one and were never in a rush. No extra fees just really awesome service.

Just picked up my wife’s step through E-Bike from Spruce Grove,Keenan, Josh and the rest of the staff were very polite, helpful and professional.The tune-up on my wife’s e-bike was top notch and I highly recommend the Spruce Grove Location!Great work!

Hands Down the best customer service I have received at any store. Super friendly staff and great techs in the back. Had a issue with shifting and they were able to source the issue in no time and got me back riding. Good selection of items around the store for the size of the building, fewer bikes than the others locations just based on store size. I recommend checking out this location first if you need service or just need to gather general advice. .

My partner showed me this store...both of us are into road bikes and since winter is coming we are hoping to winterize are babies. Never been to this place and I was amazed at all the bike choices. Although they don't carry lots of brands definitely you will get decent items here. And they have an in-store repairman for all your need when it comes to your bike. There are lots of items to choose from. Not only bikes. I hope guys can come and visit this outlet. I Will recommend it! They always have answers to all your queries and thank you for all your time..appreciated guys.

Best bike shop by far, I drive from out of town specifically to this shop for their service department, Riley, their service manager is always quick to solve any problems I have. Big brains in this store, recommend anyone who needs bikes or snowboards to head down to them!

We went in because we were having issues with our dog trailer tires rubber slipping off the rim. we initially thought it was the rubber or inner tube. But after the speaking with the gentleman behind the counter he told us it was actually the rims. He ordered us in a better quality rim and assembled them for us. They work and ride much better now and our senior dog is super happy to get to go out on adventures again. Thanks so much.

I had the most amazing client focused care at Mud Sweat and Gears. These guys and gals know what they are doing. I bought an excellent e-bike from them and they put all the extras on immediately. Gotta say, I haven’t seen this good of service for a while. You’ve earned my business and a 5 star review. Well done team as it truly was a team effort to get this sale. As a result of the great work I bought all of my accessories through them also. Thumbs up gang. This retired paramedic will appreciate the slower pace on this e-bike. Lol Spruce Grove location awesome!

The guys in the service shop (Riley and Lucas) went well above my expectations for the work they did on my daughters bike, honestly, they were like new again. Plus the sales staff (Keenan) did an amazing job at explaining what I can do on my own to keep the bikes in good working order! I highly recommend this store!

Fun place and amazing staff. They helped me a lot and we're super welcoming and friendly. Also a great atmosphere and excellent selection from all price ranges. Went to the one in Spruce Grove. It's awesome.
