Jeannie Harvey is the person to go to if you need anything. Her service and knowledge was impeccable. Found a part that was very difficult to find at 3 other stores. Called ahead and she had it ready to go by the time we arrived. I had never even heard of this store before today.

Hi thereI have purchased long 3 pcs set of screwdrivers from kms tool Edmonton West (Canada) and one of tips broke during the first usage.I purchased set off screwdrivers on October 15.2022. I have tried to exchange set at KMS store where I purchased it but they told me “no return or warranty after 30 days from purchasing and when I expect from 19 dollars tool”.I paid for the set 18.99 cad on sale.I am very unhappy and not satisfied at all. I would appreciate your advice on how to solve this situation. I am an automotive technician and I don’t think that any tool should be one time use only.

Don’t order from the West location absolute waste of time. Bought a mill that was in stock, they couldn’t find it. Said they would bring one in from another location in 7-8 days. Called in the first week looking for an update lady on the phone gave me attitude. Waited the second week and noticed they had one in stock. Called and asked without mentioning my order and they had it on the floor. Went and picked it up and given more attitude from the guys in the warehouse as it didn’t have a name on it. Showed my receipt that I paid for it 2 weeks ago so I’m taking it. I still don’t believe they ordered the original one for me as that location still had theirs in stock. South side location is good

Great prices on many things. Too bad the cashier was absolutely rude and ignorant. Asked a question about a return and for her to explain as she didnt quite make sense and she responded to us like we were stupid and down talked. If your working with people learn to be civil.

Rude staff and over priced. Can't even price match from home depot prices. Found item from home depot half the price. That lady from west end really something else. She's so miserable on her job, she should find somewhere else that makes her happy. Hahaha.

Always seem to have the best prices on tools in Edmonton, awesome selection too. Plus their website has usually anything you can't find in store. Any time I have had a question or needed help the staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me. Way better service than HD or Lowe's in my opinion.

Went in to get some tools and a belt for my husband's lathe so he could finish a very important project and I think his name was joffe went above and beyond and helped us find everything he needed to complete this very important project. Highly recommend great staff and great prices

After phoning in and asking if product was available and them stating they had twelve in stock so they have plenty. Then drive two hours to pick up (and arrive before store opens to make sure to get one as you never know)and then sit in store for 40mins while they “try” to find the 12 they have to be told they have no idea but you can go to south side as they only have one there. Well you told us you had 12 and couldn’t find it so why would we drive another 20 minutes to possibly get the one they have?? Worst store ever!! Merry bahumbug!!

Their so called sale prices are the regular prices at Home Depot. Do your research before considering a purchase at KMS.
