I called him needing someone to clean my walls and do once over for my place for a move out inspection. He worked with me on a date and was very flexible. He went while I was at work. When I got back to the place he went above and beyond what I asked and did a fantastic job. I couldn't ask for better. He showed good customer service and does his job at fair prices and shows lots of respect. I will be definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs cleaning

When I was moving out of my rental, I called Chris for the move-out clean. He was able to take care of everything from steam cleaning the carpet, cleaning appliances, and even the interior windows. The place looks AMAZING and the landlord even commented about how great everything looked and we passed the inspection with flying colours, largely thanks to Chris and his team. Very reasonable rates, especially considering the high quality of work they provide. Super easy to work with and accommodating. I highly, highly recommend!!

I hired Premium Cleaning Services as I had put up over 75 sound panels in my daughters apartment with 3M tape & lots of Gorilla spray glue. After I removed the sound panels it was a mess of tape, glue & discoloration of the walls.Chris from Premium Cleaning Services was Professional, Punctual & competitive pricing! He was also super nice & cared about doing a Great job.The walls were in perfect condition after he completed the job. I couldn’t believe it . We were recently faced with an unfortunate situation with our rental suite. Tenants who were evicted had left an absolute terrible mess and had trashed the place. We were heartbroken and didn’t know where to begin with cleanup. I googled and called a few companies and some offered to come and give me a quote. But, as it was a Sunday it didn’t sound like nothing was going to happen. Then I got a call back from one of the numbers I had left a message on. It was Chris. We talked for a bit and Chris understood the situation and came right away and gave a very affordable quote and started work right away. Later in the day, more forces joined and they were like angels helping us out. They were such compassionate and caring people. They stayed past midnight, cleaned up and removed every bit of garbage before leaving. Chris came back two more times to do some more cleaning in the following days. They did such an amazing job. We are really grateful for their help. Take my word and you will not regret it. Highly recommend.
