As mentioned by other reviewers, the staff here were exceptional. My rep was Amish, and he took his time showing us different options, teaching us about the differences, and took his time and assisted me as I kept trying on the last two coats again and again before choosing one. Although pricey, we found the costs at the store to be comparable or lower than other retailers who sell Mackage.

The staff at this Mackage location are amazing. Bought 3 jackets last week with the help of Mohini. She was incredibly patient while I took my time deciding on the jackets. I ended up leaving it but returned the next day and thankfully she was in again to help me with my purchases. I appreciated her honesty and energy which made the shopping experience a lot of fun! Special thanks to the other gentleman working and the manager who have also been awesome during past visits as well. Thanks everyone!

This has been a long overdue review but timing couldn’t be perfect with a freezing wintry weather today at -17 and last night that felt like -30 degrees. One of my saving graces in this rather brutal condition? My Mackage.I bought my first about 2.5 years ago. Late last year, I re-visited this store and was delighted to see the same person, who sold my first most-coveted M coat, was there too. He is the store manager.I remembered him as he had been a great factor in my first purchase. Had such a pleasant customer experience then that at the back of my mind, I was hoping to see him again. He did not disappoint. He was friendly yet very professional and still possessed that attentive and down-to-earth demeanor. He gave his insights about my choices and gave his recommendations, which I loved. I ended up buying 2 more coats that day.Their staff is excellent here. Their manager, incredible. Look for Uzair. I highly recommend this store. Thank you to all those who work here. Keep up the great work in this store!

I've been a big fan of the brand since inception. I just purchased a Green Dixon Bomber, what an absolutely stunning coat! Looks amazing! I have high standards and expect exceptional quality and customer service when buying from any business, especially high-end items; with that in mind, my experience with Mackage has been outstanding! I had to exchange the jacket over a very minor issue and the process was unbelievably easy and customer service was excellent! I was dealing with Uzair and Mohini, they were both wonderful! Very happy!

One of my worst experience dealing with Uzair. Bought a jacket this October which was -25 down. Wore it twice in -5 and -7, it wasn’t effective with a sweater on. On taking up with the store I was asked to sell it on Kijiji.Had to fight back to make this gentleman Uzair understand that it is not effective. When I asked I was willing to exchange it I was rudely asked to return it and not shop from Mackage.Would appreciate if a person from senior management can reach out to me to address this issue. Else there are other brands to buy from.

The best Mackage store! Uzair is the most helpful employee ever and dealt with my picky self very well! Definitely ask for him when you visit ☺️
