Waitwd 23 minutes for service, the person working thwn got snarky that i wouldnt use a credit card. They told me maybe $3 to print. Issues with their machines, thwy disnt know what to do. Then it Cost me $17 to print 2 pages from my google drive with no refund because of their issues. Never again

Service was horrible, copy and print the busiest department in the whole entire store, yet only one person working. Meanwhile on the other side, there was like 4-5 other employees chit-chatting while copy and print have the longest line up. Waited for so long, very dissapointed.

Fastest & easiest way to get print outs done!! This location is usually not that busy so you can just visit them anytime and get the work done quickly. Staff is really nice and welcoming. They are always there to help you out!

Very big store with varieties of choices and stationary and office supplies . The printing area is quite tricky. One paper to photocopy they charge 0.23c but for the services charge is $3.60c . please make sure the cost first prior to starting the work. Also they do charge Fax per page $2.00

I ordered office supplies (toner) online. When I received the order, it was someone else's. A bunch of notebooks and erasers. Called customer service, was informed they would refund me, as they could not ship me my order now (?). Incorrect order was picked up next day. I went to Staples store, as according to their website, toner was in-stock. It wasn't. Customer Service on phone advised me they would send me a $50 coupon for my trouble. They didn't.

Got their first thing upon opening. Went to the copying section was helped by a very nice and professional stuff named Lori. Highly recommend her. The gentleman that did my printing was very knowledgeable and help me troubleshoot.

Been there multiple times, it’s hit or miss sometimes customer service is good and sometimes it’s not just upto marks.Overall better than other staples.

The person helping me at the Print Center was amazing, kind, patient, and dedicated; but after a total of two hours, my simple print job was never completed.I only wanted to print a 6-page PDF that I created for Father's Day. I was told to come back the following day to try again.Instead, I decided to buy a tablet for him to view the PDF, rather than spend $3.50 and 10 hours at Staples, because my time means more to me than money.

I went in to get some photo copies done and every time I tried to show the guy (Khalid) the pictures, ad's would pop up. I had been having severe issues with ads. I was told By a computer business that in order to fix it I would have to delete everything which I had already done a month earlier.Khalid says, Sir , would you mind if I looked at your phone as I can fix that.He pushed buttons and within about 90 seconds he says, ok Sir, you will never get another ad.That was about a week ago. I have not gotten even one ad since then.Thank you Khalid, you sure nlknow your stuff, oh, and he said no charge for eliminating my complete frustration. This guy would be a benefit to any company!!
