Porters Lake Physiotherapy - pt Health

A friend referred me to this clinic as I had pain for weeks in my arms; I didn't know if it was a pulled muscle or otherwise. I made an appointment, was seen quickly for an assessment and was given regular appointments to treat the pain in my arms. Along with the workouts I was asked to perform at home, my pain was gone in a few short weeks and hasn't returned, very happy with the results!

Kind and gentle therapist. They helped me get the mobility back in shoulder after a bad car accident that left me with a total titanium shoulder replacement. Not my fault by the way. Lots of different treatment options. I would highly recommend.

I am new to the area and lived in Ontario previously. When in unfamiliar territory it’s difficult to find professionals that you can relate to.I had been having some back problems and knew that I needed to see a Chiropractor for an adjustment. I decided to try pt Health in Porters Lake.I found the staff to be great. They followed protocols, were friendly, informative and timely.The online instructions were clear and easy to follow.My adjustments went well and I have been pain free. If I needed an adjustment I would certainly call. I would recommend this facility for all of these reasons.

As someone who as been in chiropractic care for 30 years I must say I am thrilled to have found Dr. Adele Boudreau!! I have seen many different chiropractors over the years due to different moves and work travel so have enough experience to know when I am in good hands. Dr. Adele is extremely knowledgeable and listens when you speak. It is very obvious that she is current" and has also extended her training in other areas which gives her many different options with how she treats you depending on your personal wants and needs. I have had more relief from seeing her in the last two months then I have had in years. She is clearly a gentle soul who genuinely cares about getting you better.The office is clean and the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am grateful to be a patient there."

I have went to PTHealth for almost two weeks due to a knee injury from home. As soon as I entered the doors I felt welcomed.The receptionist was very helpful in answering some questions Of concern I had as this was the first time I had ever had therapy.They were answered with satisfaction.My therapist was Formad( forgive as I know it's spelled wrong). He was so gentle and very caring.Truely a genuinely nice gentleman.He worked with me and stopped when my knee felt uncomfortable.For my first experience to a therapist ,I am now back to work full time and feel great.I definitely will be coming back here if and whenever in need of this service again. I could not ask for better.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great office with friendly staff! It was a pleasure to start my chiropractic journey with Dr. Adele Boudreau who always made me feel safe, took the time to explain things and educate me. Oh yeah, and she relieved my pain! Thanks, and good luck in your future endeavors. Nicola has been treating me for the past 2 months and her unique massage techniques leave me feeling pain free and relaxed. She is also great with educating me about my body and teaches me different stretches to help prevent muscle strain. I really feel like my treatment is tailored to me and my professional hazards! Stacey is the BEST massage therapist around! I have been a client of Stacy's for over a year, and I will never see anyone else but her! She continues to educate herself by taking classes on newest techniques and educated her clients on any questions they have. Absolutely mind blowing Massage Therapist- Fantastic!!!!

Very pleased to have this service offered in our community. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive;and you never feel like you are being rushed through your appointment.
