I ordered a suit for grad with my dad and the two women who greeted and helped us was great. 2 days before grad I went to pick it up and they only had parts of the suit. The shoes were too small, the vest was too big, etc, and they said it was the suppliers fault. I walked away upset and that made my parents angry. Tip Tops reimbursed us for the vest but I ain’t going back their again. The service was great but receiving the order was unacceptable, especially when we ordered 3-4 weeks before grad.

All of the staff have been great across multiple recent visits to the store. Sandy in particular was very helpful in getting pocket squares looking perfect for my father-in-law and I for a New Year’s Eve wedding. I will definitely be back.

Teresa here is fantastic! She was extremely helpful and kind getting us setup with a wedding package. Great suits and great prices.

Was in a last minute panic after forgetting suspenders. Tip Top saved the day.

Sold me a pair of $90 dress pants with a ripped seam I didn't notice until I was home and refused to take them back 2 days later because I wore" them. Won't be back."

Ordered a suit for a wedding through the store manager Waqas Rashid and they forgot to order it even though i paid 100% upfront. I called multiple times in advance asking where it and was told he would call me back. 2 days before the wedding they admitted they forgot to order it but it will be at the store at 8am i took the day off work to get it but the Waqas never showed up so another employee did he best to help me out. But the manager Waqas never rush ordered my suit. Just regular 1 day mail which ended up being around 4 in the afternoon, Which made me late for the rehearsal at 530, 2 hours away. I compalined directly to the store manager asking for my money back, but again he said he needs to call me back because the owner Al needs to decide. Ive spoken to Waqas twice on the phone about my refund and he always says he will call me right back and hangs up on me.

This was the first time I was looking to get a suit. Although I didn't have a huge budget the staff did an excellent job on finding me something excellent and never made me feel cheap or out of place. Thanks to the help and suggestions of the great staff I was the best looking guy at our staff party. Look forward to buying my next and many more suits.

I had Teresa as my suit advisor a few days ago and she was fantastic! She really walked me through all the terms and how to know my sizing and what colors work well together. She advised us which items were on sale and expanded my comfort level a lot from what I am usually thinking about wearing. I'd highly recommend her!
