At first this was a great place to go, no issues. But I went in May 2021 to have three fillings done. By June I was still in pain and so I went back and told them my bite felt off and I’d been living on Advil since they did the fillings. They told me my bite was fine and to “give it time” to heal. Mid-June I went to a different dental clinic and they took new X-rays and redid all three fillings as the fillings weren’t done properly. It was also confirmed that my bite was off all that time as well.I do not recommend going here, especially if you already have a fear of dental work. Thus just makes the pain and anxiety worse.

I got my teeth and my son’s teeth inspected and polished 3 years ago before pandemic and then moved to BC, thank you for great service. I never find a comparable dental service in BC like you did to me.

Very bad experience at second time, before I get my teeth work done receptionists Taylor told me that your insurance should cover all treatment, I don't see anything they won't cover and when my treatment done she handed me $243 bill to pay. And when I ask her question she rudely reply I DON'T WORK FOR YOUR INSURANCE. I don't recommend this dentist.

I've had multiple fillings, cleanings done at this location and never had any issues. They're very punctual and take covid precautions very seriously. Always a friendly person to chat with during the work. Appointments and the receptionist are always scheduled correctly and many options for notifying me when my appt is coming up.

Acre 21 dental clinic is a nice place to visit for any dental problem.Doctors are knowledgeable and helpfulThe place is very neat and tidy. They take patients on time and give us the detailed review of our findings.Good place to visit if we have any dental problems.

First experience was exceptional! My entire family had an amazing experience & I was convinced we had hit a jackpot.This year however, everything went downhill! From enduring a session that felt rushed with my gum getting poked severally to wrong billing, lack of follow-up with insurance, no feedback to my family except we call, to my kids' sessions getting rushed too!I advocated for a friend to give it another go when she complained of the same inefficiencies, and having experienced this multiple times, I'm convinced that Acre 21 is only aesthetically lovely, but not great service wise.Please improve on your services.

Had a filling collapse, went in and they took me right away. Excellent, friendly service and attention to customer.
