Our Notary did not read the instructions that our Lawyer sent so we ended up having to go back later in the day to fix the mistakes that had been made. They put us in jeopardy of delaying the sale of our home. Very disappointed in this considering we paid $450 for the real estate closing package so that everything would be taken care of.
