The Globe and Mail Newspaper

Really annoyed; saw an article online that I wanted to read, went out and brought the paper .... only to not be able to find it. Learnt only by calling Customer Care that there are articles that are online only. Despite my having brought the paper, the manager I spoke with did not seem interested to help supply me with a copy of the article. If this is going to be G&M's policy, it's only fair the paper marks the articles that are online only; no doubt many people like me have made the errand and spent money going out to get the hardcopy paper .... and still not be able to read the article they want....

The customer service for digital subscription needs some improvement. Rather than being able to change subscriptions and specifics online, they make you call a call center with poorly trained and manners operators. I was so frustrated I just cancelled the subscription. And even then they put you through to a different department which try to use used-car-salesmand tactics to pressure you into staying. TOO BAD since I enjoying enjoy their contents.
