I am so impressed by Frank Prospero and Stacey Bryant. They are so cheerful and helpful. Also we all miss Cathy Shafe as her professionalism is like no one else. Not impressed with all the changesMiss seeing Steve as he made himself known to everyone2 stars are for the names i mentioned.The others starting at the top should all be fired and start over with someone who cares about seniors and . Its sad that this past year things have gone downhill. Emails are not acknowledged and it seems rules depend on who is in charge.not impressed with how management handles things. Steve come back.

Replace the windows with smaller windows, and now the brand new 1 season old air conditioner doesn't fit in the window. You owe us an air conditioner! Will never happen. Housing doesn't care about the people they house.

Sends letters saying they are going to enter your unit on Thursday march 17th between 1-4pm. So you stay home waiting and nobody shows up. Asked many other tenants if housing came in, and nobody showed up at their units either. Invasive, bullies. Then they come in your unit at 4:45pm ( after set time, so legally they cant enter) and make a backwards comment saying just call instead of leaving a review"."
