Tibbs loves his new vet! We were able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were friendly, patient and caring. The facility is very clean. We also loved that there is a separate entrance for cats. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Tilma!

We came to this clinic for our second pup’s shots when we got him last summer because our regular vet was backed up. We didn’t expect to stay but the exceptional care we received and kind staff had us coming back for his next few appointments. He just got neutered on Monday and I’ve been blown away by the service we’ve had, including liquid pain medicine in loaded syringes (rather than pills) and checkup appointments booked in the week after his surgery—things we did not get with our other vet when our older girl got spayed in 2020 but have made the process so much easier and reassuring. I know our guy is always in good hands when we bring him here.

Great experience. My dog is nervous of new people. Both the techs and vet got on the floor with her to gain her trust. Very friendly staff, very clean. Lots of parking. Was able to get appointments very quickly.

Dr Julie and all the staff are absolutely magnificent. We couldn’t be happier. As an added bonus, our pets love them too.

Always receive fast, personal, friendly and professional service from all the staff. A detailed report of my dogs symptoms was taken and recommendations were made for what tests were required and why. Test results were reviewed and discussed in detail with me as well as the treatment plan, medication and instructions. Dr. Julie then called the following day to inquire how the dog was doing. I highly recommend Team Quinte Animal Hospital.

Our vet, Dr Caitlin, was extremely gentle and thorough with Athena - she had an amazing way of calming Athena during her examination.I also appreciated that she was honest about Athena's health and did not attempt to upsell any diagnostic testing that was not required.Also, our vet tech, Felicia, was also incredibly thorough and super-friendly. She listened intently, and from the way Dr Caitlin discussed my reason for Athena's appointment, I could tell that what Felicia wrote down as Athena's history was accurate.Overall, an amazing visit!!

We had an emergency on a Friday evening, our dog got out and got a big gash on her leg from ice, unfortunately Quinte Animal Hospital wasn't able to take care of us at that time (they are not an emergency vet, and we had just moved here) so we went to Kingston to an emergency animal hospital there, they charged us $500 to tell us that they want to charge us $1,300, and only changed bandage, albeit poorly. They give us a couple of days of antibiotics and some pain medication, and sent us on our way.Today is Monday and we got to Quinte Animal Hospital, and they took her in right away and for less than half the price gave us a whole bunch of bandages and medication and reapplied the bandage and told us how to manage it moving forward. Our pup was significantly more relaxed. 100% this is our new vet!Thank you very much for what you do, and thank you for remaining calm and keeping our pup calm, happy, and healthy! We really appreciate it, Ori especially ;)

Currently here for my cat string and I can't believe how kind people can be, they were so attentive to my worries and talked to me while doing exam letting me know he was okay and I got to be there to pet him ☺️ figured out a medication plan that will hopefully help my boy. Highly recommend this vet for short notice appointments if you're a client. Booked this yesterday and became a client this morning.

From the first phone call to the second we walked in the door, everyone was very welcoming and made it a very pleasant and positive environment. The vet is very knowledgeable and ensures to explain everything in depth and provide the best options. The follow up text was another great part of the experience. Well done!

Pretty pathetic that they just turned away a dog owner, in distress with his dog foaming at the mouth and unresponsive in his arms, running in to get emergency help. Asked if we were a patient first, said no. Then, they said that they were fully booked. Thought a hospital is for emergency help. Regardless, I would not recommend going here, do not care about the well-being of animals.I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
