Pet Value is my go to place for all of my pets needs. Another bonus to me is Pet Valu is a major supporter of Dog Guides of Canada Lions Foundation, and helps supply food for all of their dogs. As a Foster mom to one of their puppies, I know how important this is. Thank you Pet Valu .

I was in the store today The wonderful lady at the front counter is amazing her knowledge was so helpful. She took time with me and answer so many of my question. It will be the only place I will fo now. I wish I had her name Amazing customer service

Jessica their dog groomer is wonderful.My fur babies have never looked so good.I will not go to anyone else. I was lucky to find her.Highly recommend.

It’s shameful behaviour by the store owners/managers to decide to keep an obviously stressed out animal in a small cage right by front doors. Letting her out for a few minutes in the morning is not an excuse. Avoid this location.

Since they opened we've been driving out of our way past a few other pet stores to shop with them! Lindsay was great at helping us switch foods for our two dogs who have very different nutritional needs. Their dog wash is AMAZING!! And we just got our new puppy, and we called ahead letting the ladies there know everything that we needed and they had a bunch of selections pulled for us to choose from, and got the little guy outfitted right up! They're very helpful in offering advice, and we'll keep going back!

This PetValu refused to groom my dog as a “safety concern” because he does not like water! He is a husky and most huskies don’t like water. My dog is a really active dog and has a bit of anxiety around muzzle which led to him giving me a hard time to put it on him. Now, he was not at all aggressive or anything like that! He was just moving his head a lot so I didn’t put it on. So the employee who does nail trim on thursdays went on and on about how I need to train and discipline my dog, which is none of her business! Then she complained about his incident to her manager who called and said that they will not be able to take on his grooming and that he needs to go to the vet to get groomed!DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

I can not say enough great things about this location!!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They really take the time to listen and help you with your fur baby needs. Advice is always so helpful. My cat is the fussiest girl I've ever had and they listened to my frustration and we figured it out. Btw...best food in the store is Performartin line. AMAZING AND MADE IN CANADA. Try it....it's not junk like other foods
