will not operate with out service agreement seems to have issues soon as service has stopped. would not recommend.

They never disclosed a 'monthly maintenance contract' until after they sold you their system. Their sleezy technique is to hold your system hostage unless you pay them their monthly cut. Stay away from this service provider at all costs...

Poor customer service. Hidden monthly fees (that are not mentioned during sales pitch). Poor training on how to operate the system, and demand big money to work on the system if you do not pay them $700 a year for their full service" support. You are better off to get a POS system from someone who does not try to bend you over a barrel after they sell you their software."

RANGER POS team is Amazing!! They are always so fast in responding to inquiries and the system is very easy to use once you put a little bit of time in and learn the layout and functions. The feature to upload cannabis purchase orders has made life much easier and allows me more time to focus on other areas of the business. Keep it up Team !
