L'ARTISAN DU PLANCHER

I'm honestly extremely happy I decided to trust L'Artisan du plancher with my floors. Their estimate was very accurate, punctual and friendly service. During the pandemic, I've been working from home, and I was able to continue working without interruptions while they sanded and varnished my floors. I love how honest the workers are and also love that they give you different options and advise for your floor finishing needs. Not only that, but they were able to squeeze me in within a week of my initial call unlike other companies who would only be able to schedule me in a month's time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their floors done. Thank you for your service =)

We had the pleasure of having L'Artisan Du Plancher come in and do sanding on our floors of our 150 year old house. We had a bunch of questions and they took the time to answer all of them. One nice advantage was they allowed us to try out a 4 stains and see them on our floors. It took them 3 days in total but the second two days only required 30 minutes or so. There was dust from the sanding but it was a lot less then I was expecting. We are going to have them come back again to due our first floor after our renovations.

The technicians were curtious from the moment they arrived. Jorge was very knowledgeable and helpful when the Color stain I chose was too dark. He was quick to calm me and help with my second selection. They cleaned up after the work was done - minimum dust. The floors are beautiful !!! I’m so glad I chose this company. L’artisan du plancher sanded our floors, stairs and ramp on October 2020. We were off from work at that time, we have young children and it was important for us that the work gets done on schedule, and it was the case. Our floors were highly squeaky and we needed it to be corrected. It’s definitely night and day and we are so happy for the specialist’s work fixing the issues. We had answers to all our questions quickly, politely and with competence. We had protected all our furniture and belongings so well and we wish we did not go through that much trouble as there was truly NO DUST. We are very happy we trusted l’artisan du plancher team with our project!

It was a great experience to do business with Claude and his team. Aline's phone calls, welcome and explanations (plus the last minute changes), were just heart warming. Jerome is a great floor artist. So if you get to choose him, please do so.

Called them twice for an estimate. I was told to email pictures which I did and not even received a phone call back. Guess they don’t care for business. Very unprofessional! Would never go there!

Amazing experience! They restored my wood floors like new - it looks pristine! Also, provided solutions to some minor defects in the wood. Best price and ultimate customer service. Highly recommend.
