Great bike and service - my order arrived within 1 day, unfortunately the wrong size was delivered but Alexandre was quick to respond and had the situation remedied within a few days. Love my new fixie - it's exactly what I was looking for, the quality for the price is bang on. Really happy to support a Canadian company!

UPDATES 17/06/2019The person I talked with reached me and apologized for the whole situation.He took the time to explain how the mistake of not contacting me back and not having the same price happened.Then he offered to deliver it to me, himself, fully assembled, at my place and with a serious discount for the inconvenience.The process wasn't smooth as expected but I appreciate the effort to right their wrong-----I am very disappointed with my experience with them. I met them at Verdun, where they were out on the streets with different stores trying to sell some bikes. I talked with their representative there because they got a sales ongoing and were selling the assembled bikes for 450 CAD$.I took the guy contact and left after he promised me that if I would come back at the same store 2 weeks later and give his name, they would sell it to me at the same price and assembled.I came back 2 weeks later and the guys at that stores told me that they could not help me and that I would have to call them and fix it myself...So I did because I love the damn bike! Once, got someone on the phone, he took my message for the guy I talked with, they told me he will come me back. Another week passed....no call, so I called AGAIN! They confirmed that the message was there, and took my message AGAIN! tree more weeks after, still nothing.....'TIL THIS DAY! The worse part is that I told them that I was waiting for their come back to pick another bike or not, they were not considerate enough to come back to me...I do love their bike, the design, the quality and everything but I was very disappointed by the quality of the customer service and the lies they gave to me. I believe that if this is how they treating their customers in general, people should know

Despite the situation caused by the pandemic, I was very well served and Alexandre went out of his way to ensure I could put my hands on a 2022 fatbike-2, apparently all sold-out. So, an excellent service, good quality bike and overall, this company should be supported and encouraged. Thank you to a dedicated team.

Alexandre was a great help! He informed me early on that a bike I was interested in was back in stock. When I received the bike the back wheel needed to be repaired because it wasn't true. I got it repaired at the local shop and they quickly refunded me the difference.Excellent bike and customer service!

Rode my brothers moose bike just for fun. Became obsessed with the fat bike. Reviewed and rode others. Just kept coming back to the moose brand. Great bike, great staff.A hidden gem in the bicycling world.

Love my Moose Fat Bike!!! I decided to set up my Moose Fat Bike with a Rear Rack with Pannier's and Fenders. The Fenders are next to install so I called Alexandre At Moose Bicycle to see if I could purchase some Moose Logo Stickers for the Black Fenders, and BAM, the Stickers are in the mail!! Thanks Alexandre for your awesome response!

Five stars for both the incredible bike and the incredible service. I got my original bike within 3 business days of ordering and then when I wanted to exchange it the folks at Moose Bicycle picked up the first bike and had the new one delivered the next day. I've found that the fixie is perfect for urban cycling including daily commuting with moderate hills.

Amazing service! I asked for some Moose stickers for my Wicked fat bike, and Alexandre sent me a good collection of them. The stickers now adorn my bike. I was very impressed!

Thought I would support and buy local. Ended up having a defect with my frame. Owner was very easy to deal with, and that was the end of the great service. The person that took over the claim could not keep me updated, and by the time they received" the replacement frame
