Have been calling and leaving messages for the last three days with no call back. Need to have information ASAP on a propery that is partially protected by the LSRCA before evening thinking of placing an offer.

Im looking at the LSRCA website for information as a house I am interested in buying is regulated by them. I would like to do some improvements to the property if I bought it so my realtor suggested I look on their website for some more information.Their website doesn't seem very professional, it makes me wonder how organized they are and how reasonable they are or are not to deal with. Permits seem rather randomly written with little explanation and are awfully high. These permits are on top of what I would have to pay the town and work is contigent on the LSRCA approval. I have heard they dont return the permit fee money if the work isnt approved so it seems kind of risky and really unethical.One thing I found funny is on their website under municipal minor permit applications, it says ditching

This organization is an example of useless waste of tax payers money. Calls are not answered. Even if they return your call their answers are totally useless and waste of time. Not even one person at this office tries to think outside the box and try to put the future of the region first. It's really hard to understand that these people show up to work 5 days a week and getting paid for simply doing nothing.I'm sure if you know someone in the government or show up with a blank check in your hand you will be treated differently.
