I think Andy is a nice man for sure an im sure he has sold some nice cars before but after buying a suv from him within 10000 km on it the engine blew which I should have be more diligent on inspecting said suv it never ran right from the get go. But being almost 4 hours away it wasn’t easily brought back an dealt with so after that engine repair 4000 dollars tge wife said she heard a clunking in the rear which after more inspection I discovered a structural strut tower completely rotted out which explains all the rocker guard an rust proofing done on the said car so with all this said I should of done more inspections so ultimately my fault but in my heart of heart I think they knew about the motor an strut tower cause there was some evidence of one of those pour in additives used when motor was tore down an all the rust proofing so it’s definitely buyer be aware be super aware cause there the quite essential used car dealership everyone so do your do diligence please

I was interested in a Toyota 4Runner in early December 2018 and Andy (the owner) promptly responded to my emails and even provided me with extra photographs I had requested. Although the business is closed on Sundays he allowed me to stop by and check out the 4Runner. He handed me the keys and gave me all the time I needed to examine it thoroughly, and I did before taking it for a solo test drive. Not once did Andy tell me to hurry up or that I was wasting his time. The Toyota was in beautiful condition and exactly as described. I didn't buy it only because I knew I would be spending a lot on fuel. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend seeing Andy at Import Connection if you are interested in a great vehicle for a great price.

I bought a Toyota Corolla Sport 2003, test drove around the neighborhood, car work well. Two days later on the highway try to put the cruise on and it doesn't work, then the check engine light comes on.Buyer beware!!

The owner Andy is a great guy and gives you plenty of time to check out the car at your own pace. The prices are researched and a bit towards the upper end of market value, but they are reasonable. I didn't end up buying because the purchase wasn't an absolute necessity, and I was only going to buy if I was able to negotiate a steep discount. Unfortunately for me, Andy was confident in the value of his cars, and to be fair he did put effort into detailing and safetying them. Overall, dealing with him was great, he knows his cars, and he definitely has some niche finds on his lot. It's nice to meet an honest guy in the car business once in a while.

Andy helped rush to complete our purchase of a used Toyota Camry. He got it detailed and paperwork completed in record time to ensure we could pick it up for family use this weekend.

Pretty good buying experience here. Andy is honest with his word on his vehicles. He seems to acquire good condition vehicles, and they come saftied! Only problem is the owner ANDY contacted me to complain about me trying to sell his truck after purchasing. He even messaged me calling me a liar and slimy. Very unprofessional behavior from someone who buys and sells vehicles, meanwhile I was just doing the same thing! Don't let Andy walk on you

Import Connection only stocks reliable, simple vehicles from what I could see - all the vehicles I tested were solid and worth their asking price. Andy is a man of his word, and is not pushy at all as a salesman. I never felt rushed or unwelcome. Would recommend to friends and family, and would buy another car from him if I needed one.
