My wife and I worked with Blaine Brennan to purchase our first house. We loved his honesty, organization skills and that he was easy to hangout with.If you want someone who is not out to just sell you a house for as much as possible and want someone who actually care about you getting the house that you want. Work with Blaine.I asked questions what to look for when inspecting a house and he answered greatly. Same was when we said: We want to buy it" he asked questions around the house and really making sure we want the house.Same went with when we wanted to put the bid in. We asked about putting 50k extra and he said the house is worth only 25k more.We did and we got it :)"
