I called Plomberie Capitale after a blocked toilet pipe led to sewage being pushed into my neighbour's bathtub. It was a Friday afternoon, so the lady, Sue, on the phone warned me that it might be possible I would not have service until after the weekend.Thankfully, a team of two were dispatched to me toward the end of the day. The gentlemen were very polite and took their time to figure out the cause of the blockage despite the job being more time-intensive than previously thought.Fair and upfront pricing, friendly and professional guys. I contacted this company via email, they were quick to respond by phone at first and I asked for a quote because I was going to use them for the plumbing portion of a bathroom renovation. I sent them the pictures as they requested and they didn't get back to me.I waited for a week and then contacted them again asking if they had a quick estimate of what the work was going to cost. They still did not respond. I then waited a few days after that and sent another follow up email. They did not respond to that either.I then called and the call went straight to voicemail... I left a message and still haven't heard anything back from them....A company that can't even respond to potential customers is not a company that I would want to perform work for me because they would more than likely disappear and not actually perform the work requested.

I called this company with urgent need on a Thursday, the admin told me she would send someone over to the property the very next morning as they advertise 24Hour service and free estimates. I waited all morning, called her and she had totally forgotten about me, I understand they are busy but at least notify the client. If I had never called they would have never assessed my needs. Unprofessional I will never work with such company. New clients deserve utmost respect. The admin was so uncomfortable talking with me over the phone because she realized she made a mistake instead of apologizing she continued to find excuses for her unprofessional mistake. Do not give a chance to such company. I am glad things did not work out right at the beginning.

We wont recommend doing work with this company. They were unprofessional from day one! Very unorganized, always in a rush, which lead to all the work done incorrectly. Very rude and always swearing, very disappointed.Thank you for getting back to me, I actually did call the owner plumber of your company and replied saying never call me back" I am extremely disappointed and hope no one else contacts this company because all the work was done in a rush

The guys just left. They did a great, fast job and left the bathroom nice and tidy too. I'll definitely call them if I need a plumber again. Thank you!!

Amazing service. Quick response time. Friendly professional staff. Came prepared to protect house with carpets, removed boots. Kept us informed of issues along the way. Required two people to come fix our issue and both were incredible. Office staff quick to respond and address any questions we had. The whole experience was Above our expectations for sure.
