I highly recommend buying your glasses at Jonathan Lenard. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their product is exceptional. Go see Jeff or Sam and you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Jeff for over 30 years. The quality of product he carries, and the service he and his staff provide are as good as it gets. Even after moving away, I come back for him.

Very disappointed with the service received here. I purchased a pair of glasses and spent over $600 in October - 6 months later the paint on the frame was chipping. They replaced the frames and 1 week later I had the same issue. I have now had to switch frames completely as they were such poor quality. I got a cheaper pair of frames and they refuse to refund the difference even though they are under warranty. You are paying more here for VERY POOR quality products. I will not be making the mistake of purchasing glasses here again.

My husband has been going here over 10 years and recently I also started. Jeff and team provide exceptional thorough service and care. They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Jeff went the extra mile to help me adjust glasses I'd purchased elsewhere, so they fit more comfortably.They have gained a customer for life. They're outstanding. :)

I walked into this practice for the first time and my broken frame was fixed for free by Sam. I was too impressed with this gesture I ensured my wife and I placed our next order of frames from this amazing place. Jeff is very outstanding at what he does.

Highly recommend. This business is top-notch and the service next to none. My old day (92) keeps knocking out his lenses or sitting on his glasses. Every time I take them in, it is fixed within minutes for no charge. This is a big help. My own glasses are excellent and delivered in a couple of days. This is a must attend business!

Jackie did a fantastic job of finding a pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly and she did it in less than 5 minutes. Jeff spent a lot of time with me, measuring properly, and explaining exactly the kind of material being used and how glasses are supposed to fit. Would highly recommend!

This place was bought out in 2021 by FYI Health Group. Maybe that explains the low standards they have now. Their signage states don't sacrifice cost for quality. I bought an expensive pair of glasses; the paint came off the frame; the frames were replaced. Within 2 weeks, the paint came off again. All under warranty. They recommended another pair. Agreed - This was the best course of action. New frames $100 less. They weren't willing to refund the difference. Rueben & Sam both stand by the policy that they are eating the difference as they needed to order new lenses. They chose not to stand with the customer on the defective frame (x2) issue. Yes, new lenses would be required. No way around this. But, you are getting the benefit of returning those faulty frames to the manufacturer. And you should be eating the cost of both because this is about quality, customer experience, customer retention.Rueben & Sam you made it clear: you are bound by your policy. This never goes over well. Now, you've lost 2. I realise we are, but only 2, BUT hopefully others will read this review & decide their money can be better spent elsewhere for quality, cost & service.Jonathan Leonard Opticians, you are not the only business in the game. Sometimes you shouldn’t sacrifice customers for cost - at least not if you want a returning one.
