My Mother moved from her home at the age of 92 to The Chatham Retirement.All the “Staff” are truly amazing, caring, loving people. The meals are delicious. So much thought and effort is put into planning daily programs, events and special entertainment to keep residents bodies and minds active.Even during a very difficult time of Covid staff have worked so hard to keep everyone safe and emotional support for all residents and families.During the covid lockdown, when family was not allowed in, Mom’s other family (staff and residents) made Mom feel so extra special on her 101 birthday. Truly BlessedAs my mother has told me numerous time if you cannot be in your own home Chatham Retirement is the next best place!

Chatham Retirement Resort by Revera is an excellent place for retired seniors to call home. The staff work with their heart to go above and beyond for the residents. The activity calendar is quite robust- allowing residents with a wide range of interests and hobbies to stay active and engage in meaning programs with others. The resort also works tirelessly to continue to be a healthy and safe environment for residents to thrive. I would highly recommend the resort!

The staff are amazing! I think you need to pass a bubbly, happiness test to work there. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a retirement resort. My parents are THRIVING there. Hats off to Kathy at the front desk who is always cheerful and Amanda for all the helpful information. Thanks for all you do to take care of those that took care of us.

My parents were ready to move into an apartment in early 2019. The big question was where. I made them numerous tour appointments at various locations in the city of Chatham. The first appointment was Monday at Chatham Retirement Resort and they are interested in apartment living. Barb Caron, met us at the front door, walked us thru the building, gave us the low down on activities, and took us to the apartment that was currently available. My parents loved it - the parking for their vehicle is easily accessible to their patio. Marion met us in the dining room for our complimentary lunch and Mom and Dad were both pleased, as was my sister and I. I cancelled the other appointments for apartment viewing, as they signed up immediately. Thank you for being their extended family!

My great-aunt was a resident at Chatham Retirement Resort from February of 2017 until she recently passed away at the end of December 2018. When it became clear that she was no longer safe in her home and needed to move to a retirement home, our first and only tour was of Chatham Retirement Resort. Barb did a phenomenal job showing us around the facility and answering any questions that we had. The staff and residents were very friendly, and we were convinced that this was the place for our aunt.Although it was a tough transition for her at first (she had lived in her home for over 50 years), she settled in to her lovely room and became quite content at Chatham Retirement Resort. She often spoke of how well they took care of her there, and how she really liked the food. I personally spent a great deal of time with my aunt at the retirement home for nearly 2 years, so I quickly got to know many of the staff and residents. Although I wasn't a resident there, I witnessed first-hand the care and compassion that ALL of the staff, from the nurses to the servers to those at the front desk, and everyone else in between, had for my aunt and all of the residents there. I can also attest to the food, as I had dinner with her and a few of the other residents every Wednesday.When my aunt passed away, my family received nothing but love and support from all of the staff there. One of the servers in the dining room, Maria, saw me at Winners a few days afterward. Out of nowhere, she approached me, gave me a big hug and expressed her condolences to me on the loss of my aunt. This was just one of the many kind gestures that the staff conveyed to my family and I in the days and weeks that went by after her passing.I can honestly say, without a shadow of a doubt, that Chatham Retirement Resort was the best place for my aunt to be over the past 2 years. She was well taken care of during her time there, and it gave my family and I great comfort in knowing that she was in good hands. The staff there are incredible. They are passionate about their craft, and it is clear that they love what they do. I wish I could name them all, but I'd likely forget someone! They treat the residents like members of their own family, and it warms my heart to see the smiles on all of their faces when they interact with each other. It's quite clear that their interactions are genuine.Although my aunt is gone, I still go to dinner every Wednesday with another aunt of mine, as well as some of the other residents that I have come to know and develop wonderful relationships with. The staff and residents still greet me every week with hugs and smiles, and that's one of the many reasons why I look forward to my Wednesday night dinners!If anyone is searching for a retirement home for their loved one, I would highly recommend Chatham Retirement Resort. If your experience is even a portion of what my aunt had and that which I witnessed, you won't regret it one bit.

My mother has been here for over a month and it has been an incredible stress relief knowing she is well taken care off. Michelle Dier is amazing and made the transition for my mom into Reverse very smooth. The rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful.

In March 20121, we moved a family member into Revera Chatham Retirement Resort. From the beginning, the complete process was seamless and welcoming. The staff have been kind and compassionate and go the extra mile to meet the unique needs of residents. The outside courtyard is beautiful and overlooks the Thames River. According to our family member, the food is good and plentiful. We highly recommend the Resort.

Upon moving my mom into the Chatham Retirement Resort 3 weeks ago, our family has nothing but praise for the staff at the Resort. My mom's room was newly refurbished and was in excellent condition when we moved her in. She loves her view to the newly renovated gardens. The staff go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Mom loves the food and is meeting many friends. Thank you for welcoming mom into her new home.

My Grandfather, Charles D, Weber stated at the home in June of 2018.To hear him tell it, it was the best of the best. Great and friendly staff, food that was good and many different types. The room was large and was clean and changed by the staff weekly. All in All this was a wonderfully stay and would do it again if I needed it. I would recomendChatham Retirement to anyone as a clean, friendly and with a very well trained staff.

The staff that work at the Chatham Retirement Resort are so compassionate and dedicated to the residents and their work. It is always a friendly and welcoming environment to be in. I am proud to be part of a great team!
