We had a good experience here today. Friendly and helpful staff.

We have been going to Adajio since our two girls were 1st starting dancing. The staff is so kind and friendly and know how to size shoes so we are not buying a new pair every 2 months (as a dad I appreciate that). It is a small little store, however the selection and quality of the products are excellent.

A young lady was very helpful. I was in and out with a dance outfit in about 20 minutes.

I have always shopped here for dance wear but just can’t anymore due to their exchange policies. I was planning on buying two dance skirts for my 6 year old but wasn’t sure about sizing and they have a no exchange policy on clothes. I do completely understand that policy on tights or under clothing but skirts that I was planning to exchange (not return, I was going to get one pink and one black) after trying them on the same day? Also ran into problems with only a week to exchange unworn dance shoes for size. I work full time and have children in activities and had to fight to exchange a size on the one week date, the only day I can get there when they are open. I couldn’t believe it but still shopped there this year, but I guess no more.

Quick helpful staff, have always had everything I needed for dance classes

They have lots of different styles of shoes and great staff. Unfortunately for ballroom shoes they only carry one brand and those particular ones didn't fit my shoe size. They were either too wide and long or too narrow and short.

Great place to buy dance wear. Friendly and helpful staff. I have been going here for the last 3 years for my daughters dance apparel.

Been to this location once with my young daughter who was just starting dance. The old woman who followed us around the store not saying anything or offering us any help as we were clearly lost with our list from the dance school acted condescending like we were a waste of time and kind of got the feeling she was treating us like we were going to shoplift with a couple of toddlers and a newborn in tow before telling us to leave because my daughters rain boots were wet... needless to say we have never returned

I went in there in September with my newly 3 year old Daughter and they were very nice. They were on their phones a lot but once I asked for help they had no problem helping me...For that I give them 4 stars. My only recommendation is when a 3 year old asks to use the bathroom that you make an exception to your rule and allow them to use it.. I understand not allowing adults and older kids etc but for the little girl that is just learning, it would be nice. Otherwise its a great place with friendly staff.

Visited the store for our first time yesterday to get the necessities for my 5yo's ballet class. We were greeted immediately, I read off the list of required items that the studio gave me, and the girl helped us find them very quickly. She was great interacting with my daughter and helping her find a fit for her first ballet slippers, and really helped generate some excitement about dance class. They were very busy (start of the dance season) and rushed us a little bit, but they weren't rude about it. We will shop here again.
