Anthony did a great job as my representative against a difficult tenant who was refusing to leave a 3 bedroom apartment, in which he was only paying a 1/3 of the rent. At first I represented myself and realized I was in over my head due to the case being very complicated, and looking like it was leaning in the tenants favour, due to broken system we have in place. I found Anthony online and reached out to him 1 week prior to our scheduled court date, and even with the case being so complicated I'm so thrilled that with his professional representation he was able to get the job done!I would definitely hire Anthony again, but hope I do not run into a situation like this in the future.

Anthony was a great help to us. My tenant stopped paying rent and had bad behaviour issues during his stay. He also made a complaint to the L and T Board regarding maintenance issues and requested us to refund all his money for his stay. We're small landlords in Toronto, this impacted us financially and emotionally. I tired contacted many agencies for help but not useful so I google and found Anthony. In the initial contact, we spoke for 30 minutes over the phone, he explained to me about my rights as landlords, procedures to follow and explained in full detail about the eviction process before we made agreement to take the case.
