Great customer service.Dave came to my location for drop off and pickup. He also helped my son with some advice with how to use his crutches.The scooter was great for my son to get around and helped his mental health!!!Highly recommended.

I ordered a rental for a knee scooter and they were so helpful and gave quick service, right to my home! They even gave me some good tips and advice for getting around and what to be wary of . Thank you for your professionalism and great service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I was in a panic as my scooter wouldn't scoot I found this company and not only do they do repairs but they come to you. Kim called said David could come a day early he showed up and got it working in no time at all. Very nice and knowledgeable suggested somethings to do to avoid future problems. Not only did they have a knee scooter, they had both the standard type and the all-terrain type, and THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN THE HOUR!!!!! Both Kim and Dave came and went over everything with the scooter, and even gave me tips and tricks for using crutches safely.The customer service I experienced with Kim and Dave was PHENOMENAL!!! I would not hesitate to ever recommend them. EVER!!!! Being injured and needing mobility assisting devices is difficult enough as it is; Kim and Dave were life-savers and I can not thank them enough! <3

I will tell everyone that Dave got hold of me within 24 hrs. After seeing my inquiry. Dave worked with me and we discussed in further detail what my needs and restrictions were. Impressive is one of the words used to describe the patience and determination he gave me. We decided on the Eclipse BigFoot 3 wheel. When I receive it in 10 days. Honestly, I was left disappointed after renting a knee scooter here. I used the scooter exactly as intended, I was within the rated weight limit, and under normal use the seat post bent somehow... Next thing, I’m being blamed for the failure and a bill comes for $120 in damages (for a seat post, plus $45 in labor charges). I tried to reason with them and they kept bringing up the contact and showing a very low level of flexibility to compromise on repair costs (that honestly I don’t think I should be responsible for). Renter beware. I wish I would have just bought the $300 all terrain scooter on Amazon and then sold it when I was done.

In this day and age when service seems a thing of the past, it was a pleasant surprise when I talked to Dave on the phone and then he showed up an hour later to attend to my elderly husband's motor scooter. Awesome service Dave and thank you so much.

Spoke with Dave on the phone and within minutes had what I was looking for in mind and sent a GREAT selection with all descriptions. Excellent professionalism, and customer service looking forward to getting my scooter through them

Fantastic experience!I rented a scooter for my father who lives in Calgary. I was able to make all the arrangements from Ontario and it was delivered for free, while I was visiting him in Calgary. Kim and Dave Moore (the owners) are medically knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. They made suggestions and reviewed available options. Communication with this family owned business was excellent- I had many interactions with other scooter rental companies that were not positive. I highly recommend you start with this company, as they have competitive prices and the service is excellent. Learning about mobility aids for yourself or a family member is difficult- so use a company that is going to make an effort to get you exactly what you need.-Dr Kimberly Elford

Exemplary service from both Dave and Kim; so appreciated the home delivery of the kneeling scooter after I broke my foot. It made a huge difference to my mobility ability. -the ergonomic adjustment individualized for my height and comfort; was provided with additional tips re mobility re sleeping with the boot on and cradling the boot while sleeping; negotiating steps up and down. Friends who had rented from other companies did not receive this service - much appreciated!
