We had the pleasure of meeting Mike from Manor House Furniture and bought our dining room and bedroom suites. The best part of the shopping was, by appointment, so our time there was uninterrupted. The option of choosing the color and material for our furniture was an added bonus.When the furniture was delivered, I had the pleasure of meeting his son, Richard. The guys set it up and ensure everything was ok before they left. Sadly one of the chairs had a scratch but they took it back, had it fixed and I picked it up since I was out there one day.Manor House made shopping a beautiful experience and would recommend this company to anyone.Their customer service was second to none.Thanks Mike and Richard.

This place is amazing! Mike and Richard are great to work with. The price of delivery and installation is also very well worth it. Also the guys doing the delivery were very professional and took their time to do it right. We purchased a leather sectional, bedroom set, mattress, coffee table and we are in the process of purchasing our dining room set. We are like everyone else and shopped around to compare prices, which they also advise you to do. The prices at Manorhouse are basically unbeatable. You have to make an appointment to go in but they are very accommodating so call first. It's worth taking a look at. They take pride in quality and price, that is why we are returning customers.

Mike was very accommodating and helpful in our couch purchase, even allowing the couch to be modified from the feet to be taller. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The couch is quite comfy, the leather is good quality!I'd definitely reccomend coming here for your furniture needs

I'm so happy we found Manorhouse because they are incredible! We were looking for a sectional for our home but everything we found in other furniture stores (ex: West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Structube) were either too big, way too expensive, and/or quality was questionable. We ended up checking out Manorhouse after seeing our other family member's sectional that was also made by them. I can't say enough good things about Manorhouse! We got to customize the sectional to our liking from the length of the couch to the height of the back of the couch, and Richard was super helpful in ensuring what we selected would actually look good and translate into reality. They have a ton of options and styles to choose from to customize (don't judge them by their website, definitely book an appointment to check them out in person). The prices was unbelievable and the fact that the sectional was made in Canada was the cherry on top.There was a bit of a wait to get the actual sectional but Manorhouse was very transparent about this from the beginning due to the backlog from COVID. We ended up getting the sectional a bit early and the delivery was so seamless and the guys who helped deliver the sectional were amazing as well in putting it all together. We ended up having a bit of an issue with the legs of our sectional, but Richard was on it for us and within a week or so, Richard even came himself to install the new sectional legs and made sure everything in the end was perfect.10/10 would recommend anyone looking for furniture for their home to check out Manorhouse! Truly, you can feel and see the craftsmanship of their items. We will definitely be going back for any future furniture needs.

Highly recommend! Richard was great to deal with and asked all the right questions when looking for our sofa. Sofa ended up looking amazing in our space and great price! If you need any type of furniture, Manorhouse is the place to get it from.

I wish I could give Manorhouse more then a five star. We purchased a dining room set recently. I was so confused and Michael was amazing and patient. I initially had picked another color for dining room table and he talked me into picking another color. I was so happy with everything and it looks just beautiful. I am so happy I took his expert opinion. The quality is amazing and they have very good prices. The delivery was great to. Richard made sure our delivery was early in the day as we were busy later in the day and the guys that delivered were amazing. Very neat and friendly and quick. They explained how the table worked and I did not feel rushed. The overall customer service and quality of what we purchased was amazing. I would highly recommend Manourhouse and will defintely use them again. Thank you Michael and Richard.

Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place! I ordered a custom reclining sofa, put a deposit with Richard and was told it would take 6-8 weeks “most likely 6’ I was told. 8 weeks passes & no furniture!! Covid shuts everything down, another 4 months pass!! ...finally get a call from Mike saying that the couch is in the original packaging & ready for delivery ASAP. They request payment in full - I was not doing that without inspecting as this was the agreement with Richard upon payment of deposit. Richard...he told me that when it comes we inspect if everything checks out - it’s delivered.So I go to take a look & thank goodness I did because it wasn’t the same colour that was chosen from the sample. Mike agreed the leather looked incorrect but insisted that it was the same colour ‘code’ that was chosen by me on the box (Code was correct) but it was NOT the same as the sample I choose.Bottom line is it all went down hill from there. We still have no sofa. Mike refuses to return deposit, manufacture was NO help at all. Do NOT buy custom furniture from these guys. You will end up wasting A LOT of time. Take your money elsewhere.

Great service and beautiful selection of well made Canadian furniture. Mike and Richard were great. We will be buying all our furniture from them from now on!

My sister took me to this lovely furniture company. Mike and Richard are the owners of this family run company and they are great to work with. The movers were also very helpful when they delivered my sofa and loveseat. My only issue was that the sizes (especially for the loveseat) were not the size requested - the loveseat was about 4 inches shorter than what I requested and both sofas had a bit smaller depth than expected. Nevertheless, the finished products are beautiful.
