Not impressed to arrive this morning and find the office closed. Why can you not be closed on a Monday and open on a Saturday for those of us that work the same hours of the post office during the week and need Saturday to pick up parcels.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service, won't deliver packages, then say they tried. I have had to get the shipper to contact them on more than one occasion. If I pay for home delivery I expect home delivery, not to take time off work, and drive 25km because they don't open on weekends.

Can't really get through to anyone over the phone. Constant lost packages or packages that have tracking numbers that don't work. Even countless government letters lost.

Very sad to learn that 2 Birthday cards mailed April 19th directly from office, did not make it to their destinations (Sudbury and St Catherines). Had gift cards and lottery tickets..no tracking # just receipt. Often get others mail as well.

I pay for expedited shipping directly to my door, but nope, they dont deliver. Says they attempt, so they say.God forbid they be open a few hours on a saturday or later throughout the week.Has happened for years. So wont ever change.

Excellent knowledgeable friendly kind service! After a house fire they held our mail for us. After relocating while our house was being rebuilt the staff went out of their way to make sure we received packages.
