Not only were the staff so lovely, welcoming and informative - but the service was also phenomenal! My teeth have never felt cleaner and Julie was so gentle. The staff were also exceptionally wonderful at easing my anxiety about dental work and making my experience a genuinely pleasant one! Can’t imagine going to a better dental office!

We were dealing with a rather painful (but not an emergency) dental issue for a family member. Dr. Logan was unfortunately away for a week. One of his colleagues stepped in, saw us almost immediately, and got us started on the road to recovery while waiting for Dr. Logan to return. So thankful for this wonderful customer service.

Service was friendly and professional. Dentist Jonathan Logan wascourteous, thorough and professional. Explained the process in depth and executed each step as explained. During the process, he continually asked how I was doing and kept informing me of each step. The tooth extraction was painless. I would recommend Dr. Logan without question.

Front desk staff were very professional. Rebecca , my ( daughter) dental hygienist was great . What can I say ! Best pain free cleaning I ever had ! Dr Logan was proficient in his examination. Wonderful dental appointment! I will be back the next time I am here!

I am not a person that likes the dentist, but when I switched over to Halifax Dental Group about 5 years ago I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn’t been to the dentist in A LONG time even though I had coverage because of so many bad experiences - BUT that all stopped when I met the amazing front staff, dental hygienists, and my dentist Dr. MacNeil. They new I was a nervous belly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The hygienists are always super friendly and caring and have you in and out as soon as they can. Best experiences are always had now. I’m a patient for life. Thanks so much ❤️

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It started with the warm welcome from Maria at the reception desk. Before I knew it the very capable Emily had me ready to see Dr. Logan. Dr. Logan has a gentle bed side manner and a great sense of humor. He ensures you understand the process which eliminates the unnecessary stress. I have already highly recommended Dr. Logan and his professional team to friends.

Absolutely fantastic! Dr. Creaser is the best. I went in due to pain in one of my molars (and other issues) that had been bothering me for over a year. Past visits to other dentists had not solved the issue but Dr. Creaser immediately figured out the problem (fracture in an old filling). One day after treatment and the pain is gone! The whole team is very friendly and efficient. Definitely coming back to get the remaining treatments done.

I highly recommend the Halifax Dental Group. My dentist, Dr. Creaser, does excellent work and I am very happy having him as my dentist. I have found any of the staff whom I have dealt with at the Halifax Dental Group to be courteous and friendly.
