I had my first hypnotherapy session with Vicky yesterday. My surgery is in 10 days and I was feeling anxious and nervous about it, my mind racing with scary images.Vicky’s online session, using messenger was calming and relaxing. Sitting in a comfortable chair with headphones on I listened to her soothing voice reassuring me that I would be fine throughout the surgery, that everyone in the operating room was there for me. She guided me down into deep relaxation.When I awoke from this wonderful experience I felt clear headed, refreshed, positive, energized and focused. The experience was like she was guiding me through a deep meditation. She also gave me a recording to play everyday before my surgery.
