Superb customer service, Mark is so knowledgeable & he puts in the time to help you work through the decision & measuring process. And all while corresponding through messages & on the phone!! So satisfied with the absolutely perfect drapes. Flawless, lovely & exactly as I envisioned & best price anywhere. Don’t hesitate to shop here, I did by phone & my drapes arrived across the country in perfect shape! Thank you again Mark!!

Please DO NOT come here. Very Bad service.SCAM!! Do not come to this shop, I warn you they are scam. So, this is how the owner deal with customers, ask them to come back make another appointment with other employee. Cheap made, poor quality curtain. They will sell you bad quality ready-made grommet curtain for $460 from China, which IKEA curtain is even better quality for $69.99. It is also ready-made.It is not about LOW PRICES, it is not about affordable. IT IS about OVERVALUED! Also, the customer service and service-mind is at it worst, especially the mature ladies in the shop. Staring at customers from head to toe.Customers come to you not looking for promotion. They need information and advices for the products. Keep asking for the photos. Photos of what? Let me teach you, you should keep some photos in your shop so you can show and explain to your customers, not asking photo from them.Now try to explain and showing your information in Google review? You better talk to customers in your store, not in Google review!Scam! Happy to help?, you did not provide help. Do not Thank you for my business because I will never giving you any businesses. Mark and his staff were extremely helpful during my recent purchase of 5 sets of custom made sheers. Drapery King has a wide variety of fabrics and accessories, while both ready made and custom made drapes are reasonably priced. During the selection process I appreciated the fact that Mark did not rush me in making a decision and encouraged me to take my time. The sheers arrived on schedule and were beautifully made. With 2 sets, where I was not happy with my colour choice, Mark went above and beyond my expectations in coming up with a solution to rectify the situation. It is evident that above all Mark wants his customers to be happy with his products. I am very happy with the sheers and would strongly recommend Drapery King for excellent quality, price and customer service.

Great customer service, lots variety of options for every budget.I visited this place three times and each time i walked out of this store happy and fully satisfied and more importantly they take their time to walk you around their store to explain and educate you about the difference between their items in order to find the best match for your needs.Highly recommended and DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BAD REVIEWS just walk in and see it yourself!

Back in April 2022, we connected with Mark at Drapery King after searching for weeks for replacement wooden curtain rod holders (yes, one fell off the wall and broke while Spring cleaning!). I was so happy that Drapery King carried the holders in the style and stain colour needed for a great price!I contacted Mark by text to confirm if the item was available - he replied promptly and ordered the product for us. It arrived quickly and was exactly what we wanted.We also consulted with Mark on patio door curtain hardware and were pleased with his recommendations and the quality of the products.Drapery King = friendly service, great prices, and quality drapery materials and hardware - no need to search any further!! Mark did an incredible job making custom curtains for me. Not only are they perfect, he made them for me exceptionally quickly because of a certain time constraint. His experience and expertise were obvious and I highly recommend working with him.

Bad service, no service mind. Look down on customers. Do not come here, they sell curtain and drapery overprice, product from China. Same quality you can find from Amazon less than $200 but this place will sell you $400-$600. The lady in the stores don’t give you much advice. Bye

Mark is great to do business with. Purchased curtains from him about 10 years ago, which are still holding their form well. Unfortunately the plastic brackets holding up the curtains broke just recently (after 10 years of use), and he still keeps those items in stock on hand, making for easy repairs! Even better was that the Drapery King website reports all the little pieces you can buy on its website (brackets, hooks, types of curtain holders etc), making it easy to identify replacement pieces. Great to see a non-franchise business still going strong after so many years, and still providing great service. He prices fairly. He is easy to deal with. Experience dealing with Drapery King Toronto shows you can be confident you'll have great customer service years after your purchases.
