100% recommend. Had my truck towed here after a month and a half nightmare experience at Canadian Tire with no communication and complete neglect of my truck. Sean and Brock went above and beyond helping me get my truck towed to their shop, putting my truck back together in excellent time, and clearly communicating with me every step of the way. Amazing customer service and superior knowledge (they correctly guessed the issue before even seeing my truck!). If I didn’t live 600km away I would bring my vehicles here every time.

The Lannon brothers were highly recomended to me through a mutual friend and I have to say that my experience dealing with them was nothing but positive. My vehicle was displaying some very troubling symptoms and I needed it to get to work. No other shop could get it in on such short notice. Sean went out of his way to make time for me, even though they were busy setting up their new shop. When the problem turned out to be minor, they waived the diagnosis fee and only charged an hour's labor for the repair. Thank you so much guys and keep up the amazing work! Sean has been THE best mechanic to work with over the years. Reliable, honest and trustworthy I know when I take my Nissan to Sean and Brock that not only will I get looked at but they won’t sell me on useless things I don’t need. Having continuity with a mechanic is great because they can let me know when things will be coming up. That’s helpful for budgeting. Sean and Brock are the best!

I accidentally drove over a huge rock and needed someone to inspect my car to make sure it was okay for me to leave Kamloops. It was closed on that day but he was willing to check my car for me. He was knowledgeable and pointed out the damages (it could have been worse). I was glad to get help and felt at ease - if I lived there, I would get it fixed by Lannon Automative.
