Staff is always over worked. Cannot handle the order load. Shame really. The staff are lovely people and kind. But the work is just to much for me. Hire more people and pay more smh

Got home with our order and was missing part of the order. Called and was told I didn’t order that. I asked them to check my receipt and they would see that I did indeed order and pay for it. Then they said I could get that the next time I was in. That wasn’t helping me feed 5 children who were visiting so I asked if they could send it to me and was told no but they’d record in the book what they owed me so I could pick it up next time. I told them that wasn’t going to help so could they just refund what I paid and didn’t receive. They advised they couldn’t refund part of an order so I suggested they refund the whole order. They couldn’t do that either. Asked to speak to the manager they had been discussing it with but she wasn’t there and could call me the next morning. I asked them to have her call me same day and of course didn’t receive a call. Still waiting. Obviously I won’t be returning.

Ordered on the app so that it would be ready when I got there or not long after. Waited 45 minutes after I arrived waiting for my food! After waiting almost 30 minutes I was asked what I was waiting for. When I finally did get home with the food, it was not made the way I had requested. Multiple people came in and ordered at the counter and got their food within minutes. I will not be back to this location. Staff also had little to no regard for the customers but spent a lot of time standing around and laughing while people waited.

Went in to grab lunch a few days ago and an employee was just standing there at the cash working on something. Another employee in the kitchen looking out at me. Not 1 hello, can I help you… nothing! Stood there for maybe a minute and just walked out. What ever happened to great customer service?Can’t find it anywhere anymore. So disappointing.

A lot of time staff cannot be bothered to help the customer. Sometimes staff acts like they could not care less and do not help out the customer. Good service is hit or miss.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!We ordered for pickup from the app. When we got to the store to get our order, we had a gift card that wasn’t working on the app, so we figured it can’t hurt to ask if there’s something they can do to help us out since we’d paid already by credit card on the app. We understand that sometimes nothing can be done, but we figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. When we got to the counter, we nicely asked the girl if there’s any chance we could change our payment method so we could put it on the gift card and not our credit card. We couldn’t believe how rude she was to us!! She glared at us like we asked her to give us her first born and then, with the worst attitude, told us “nobody even does that.” I couldn’t believe that asking a simple question warranted the attitude and look she gave us. We would’ve been totally fine and would’ve understood if she had said “unfortunately we can’t do anything”, but instead she made us feel like we were idiots and looked at us with complete disgust. I hope the manager witnessed this encounter because we will not be ordering from or returning to this location again since their staff think it’s ok to treat customers rudely and make them feel stupid.

The blonde tall chick that works the cash should not be in customer service. I waited almost 5 minutes for her to take an order from the phone and then when she was done she just starred at me. Later when i got my order I asked for some ketchup, she rolled her eyes at me an tossed them over like I was taking her precious ketchup. She is what is wrong with the youth today entitled, lazy and rude.
