Old Navy

The customer service in this store is outstanding. Sales staff is kind and greets customers. They saw us looking for sizes and offered to help or go into the back to find the right size. Any time we had an inquiry, we could ask any staff and they would answer with a smile. No grumpy faces or indication that they were unwilling to help. Even showing me where the washroom is, they were polite! I’ve never encountered a whole staff just willing to help! The selection of clothing at the store is also quite large. Fitting rooms were kept clean. Fitting room attendants quickly got sizes as needed. Lots of parking. Overall great experience at this store!

Nice and big store. Lots of varieties in all the sections. My major clothing purchase is from this store only.

Princess was awesome in assisting my wife and I.We were in a hurry and she was extremely helpful by refunding and ordering us exactly what we were looking for.Definitely delivered first class customer service.

Was looking forward to the new location. Clean store. Found is very stocked but very little room in store to move around.I bought something there. Went home, saw it online at old navy.ca for much cheaper( over 11 dollar) . So I went back the next day for a price match from their own store. Since I had done that before once in the past with no problems. After waiting in line in the rain the girl at cash told me no. I found that super ridiculous. She took me back to find the item and scan it in front of me. Obv I knew it would be the price I paid for it yesterday! That was the point of making an extra trip and getting a price match from ur Own store. And the item wasn't an online exclusive or anything I checked. Anyways just thought that was pretty annoying that she wouldn't price match from their Own store!!!After I found the pricing on a lot of things off compared to online. Seems cheaper online. I'll just be looking there.

Extremely disappointed with the Whitby location. Went to exchange my online order for a smaller size only to find that store doesn’t carry their full size range. NO PLUS SIZES except for the one off returned items in clearance. Would love to see more inclusive sizing available at all locations.

Very disappointing, went there to buy new stuffs stayed in line up there were 2 cashiers, and when it was my turn to be served the other cashier left after seeing that I had returns too with me, one cashier left for back, upon asking that why I am being not served Charlotte replied rudly and said we do not have more cashiers. Very disappointing, never going there again

An accessible new store, with ample parking. Inside layout needs improving, and stock is patchy. Staff are fine. Company wide, Old Navy is rebranding as a trendier lower-priced Gap, but their prices don’t match the quality of items. Unless the sale is 30-50% off, the value isn’t worth it.

Tonight I had a very great experience here. The manager, Tyler, is beyond helpful and really made my night great while also generating sales. He deserves a big congrats and bonus or promotion from Old Navy. Every other staff member I dealt with was also very nice, a young woman in the dressing room in the back corner of the store was great and helpful and the cashier I dealt with twice was also very pleasant.

I went to this Old Navy store for the first time today and although it is nice to have this store in the area, there a some things that could be improved. The layout is quite tight and with staff unloading boxes right where customers are supposed to line up, it makes it difficult for customers to see the directional arrows on where to line up. So customers were lining up on the wrong side which an employee pointed out. Maybe don’t block the way so customers can see the arrows and then they will know where to line up? Also, they have a couple rolling racks in the children’s clothing area which were completely blocking the hair accessories and clothing. This makes it hard to see merchandise and is in the way of an already tight space. One customer tried to get her cart through and knocked right into it because the space was so tight. Moving those racks into another spot would help open up the space and not be in everyone’s way. Especially with trying to keep with social distancing protocols, putting racks in everyone’s way makes it hard to keep distance as there is barely any space to get through already and these things just block the way even more. I also noticed that they don’t really have a lot of sizes for children and should stock up on more sizes so parents can find what they are looking for. Overall the store is okay but better layout and not cluttering the space and stocking more sizes will make it a more desirable place to shop.
