Mark is an amazing teacher! I had the opportunity to take lessons with him a couple years back and i’ve grown with my voice greatly! Mark taught me so much about how to use my voice correctly and well as grew my confidence with public singing. He always made sure i understood what i was learning, he went at my pace in terms of comfortability with singing, he allowed me to pick what songs i wanted to sing and which ones best fit my voice, etc. overall, he is a great, confident, and fun music teacher!!

Mark is a close friend of mine who I’ve known for some time, our characteristics from our friendship transferred over into his business life which was to be expected. He is respectful, kind and adaptive to the needs of my learning.I came in not knowing what I would want to learn but knowing that I wanted to use something that could one day be a talent. I am a bass singer, not many of us are around and we aren’t the typical radio singer so I came in with a lot of insecurity surrounding my voice.Mark taught me basics, exercises I could practice at home and taught me how to properly sing to my favourite songs.There is a lot left to learn in my development but I am more than satisfied with the results so far.If you are looking for a teacher who can easily become your friend, someone who can adapt to your needs, and teach you not just basics and fundamentals but advanced training he is your guy!

I have worked with Mark as a fellow performer in about 10 musicals, as my accompanist, as my musical director in his worship team and recently as a member of his choir as a member and soloist.He is a humble, extremely knowledgeable and a gentle leader. He weekly leads people twice his age with tons of experience and they are often amazed at the things he can tweak to help them improve and find a new approach. If you want a well rounded teacher who will help your child fall in love with the many aspects of music, you can't go wrong with Mark.

Mark is a very talented and qualified musician and teacher. He is kind, friendly and patient with my son. He makes lessons fun and meets the students at their own individual levels while still capturing their interest. I would highly recommend Meisner Music Academy to anyone who is searching for an excellent experience!
