I dealt with this business on a number of occasions. Most of my experiences, especially in years past, were positive. However, things have changed lately. Many of the new employees are very young (and to be honest don't come across as professionals). On a couple of occasions, I felt they didn't care as much.I like to support local businesses instead of big box stores but in this case Home Depot is starting to make more sense.

This is a first-class operation.The employees are top notch. The store is perfectly organized, clean and the prices are clearly marked.When I picked up a painting job, my laborer recommended I check out Sherwin Williams. When I got into this store on Shelbourne, a couple blocks north of the Big Orange American Box, a young man came out, introduced himself as Geoffrey, talked to me about my needs, signed me up as a contractor, and got my paint ready. As I was waiting, another young man named Edward came out, introduced himself as the assistant store manager, and welcomed me, ''to the Sherwin Williams family.When I called the next day for another five gallons

Scott at Shelbourne Sherwin-Williams is hands down the most efficient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful paint professional I've encountered! The store carries a large range of products and having used the lowest price point paint for my fence and the highest for my house siding, I've been super happy with the coverage and final appearance. All around great experience!

I was recommended the Tricorn Black, I tested it and I was very satisfied with the quality so I went there again and bought different color paints for my interior painting jobs. They have knowledgeable staff that helped me picking up the right paint.Good quality paint, however, consider that you are paying more towards a premium price.Only thing I would prefer to improve is that their staff pay more attention to customers coming into the store so they do not have to hang around for few minuets to be helped.

The service I received at this store was knowledgeable, friendly and professional . I was very impressed with the advice and help I received at SW on Shelbourne St. In the end they didn't have the product I needed but they happily phoned the Langford store and it my paint was mixed and ready by the time I drove there. Perfect communication between stores which saved me a good deal of time and got me the ideal paint for my project.

Always satisfied with the products and the service. A good company with quality paint. Colours hold their appearance even after years of exposure, not the case with Cloverdale Paint in particular, the color fades out qiockly.
