Enercare shut down my furnace during a routine maintained appointment. I was highly suspicious and called Dave for a second opinion. He did a thorough investigation of the furnace and found nothing wrong. This saved me over 10,000 dollars as Enercare was trying to force me to purchase a new furnace I did not need!

Incredible service. The team was professional, personable and knowledgeable, they installed my new A/C and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. Enjoyed being kept up to date with the email reminders prior to the upcoming service as well! Will definitely recommend!

Moved to a new home last year and had Arseneau Home Comfort inspect and clean the furnace and air conditioner. They were very thorough and professional. The technician took his time to check everything and explain to me as well. I really appreciated the high level of customer service. I highly recommend this company. 10/10 rating from me!

We were in a real pickle on Christmas Eve following a winter storm that knocked the power out in our area and also caused our relatively new furnace to stop working. We kept trying to get help from our installer, but no one would call back. Arsenault not only answered our call but sent out a repairman at closing time on Christmas Eve. Outstanding service!!!

Dave and Aaron were excellent! They were able to bring our radiant heating system back online and ensure that it was operating safely. They also took care of all the fireplaces in the house and made sure they looked great as well as operated well. I would highly recommend Arseneau Home Comfort! Extremely professional and thorough.

They were fantastic and very professional. They did a complete oil to natural gas conversion for us. They took care not to damage our walls when running gas pipe and left the place so clean I didn’t even need to run a vacuum after them. Amazing service.

Excellent service installation of a new pool heater there were issues with the manufactures settings and Arron spent the entire day until he got the unit going where most would have given up I highly recommend Arseneau Home Comfort
