I tried to purchase a used truck from Penske, unfortunately my experience with them did not go too well. however after i gave them negative feedback, the management contacted me and used all their efforts to help me become a Penske client. My overall experience was that the sales rep does not sell trucks well, but Pervez Hassan did everything he could to sell me a truck, and with his efforts i felt like a VIP client.

Thank you for saving the day with my move! When uhaul didn’t have our truck available the day we reserved it, Penske was able to provide one for us same day. Everyone in the office was so kind and professional, they turned our day around and provided us with excellent service during such a crazy morning.

I have purchased 11 trucks over the last several years from Ray at this location. He always gives me the best deal he possibly can. He's always honest with me, and finds me the best truck for my needs. Whenever I walk into their trailer they are always welcoming and friendly. Even when there are issues with the truck they always do their best to fix them in a timely matter. Ray is my only call when I am looking for a truck, I know he will answer or call me right back!

My dad and I have bought two trucks to start my logistics company. It has since flourished and grown to something much bigger. Roger Lor the sales rep ensured I got a fair deal and Amir was prompt with updates. Despite the minor delays, These guys are truly the be best sales team I have ever met. They are very honest and very transparent. I couldn't believe it, Roger even answers his phone on the weekend when I needed a last minute update. That's service.I will be back to buy more!
