Checked out Farside for a patio date night and had an absolute blast. Great ambience, delicious drinks (that Phil Collins is dangerously good), and tasty snacks. The beer menu is extensive, the staff is friendly and knows their stuff. Definitely get the vegan dip and chips - we finished it with our fingers it was so good. Also the whole back patio smelled like fresh mint! As pandemic restrictions ease and this place can fully open indoor seating, I can tell it's just going to get better and better.

Very chill place to watch some great movies and enjoy drinks with pals. Casual MTG every first Sunday of the month is hosted by the owner (for free) and it's a blast. Bartenders are super nice and the atmosphere is overall super fun. 10/10

Definitely go for the cool vibes and good drinks!! Loved the atmosphere here and how all the food can be made vegan friendly. The food wasn’t anything mind blowing, but it was cheap and totally hit the spot!

This place is exactly what I want in my local Hamilton bar! It feels like home, but with better drinks and more people. Awesome selection of beverages, great atmosphere and decor. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Cash/debit only (just for planning purposes!)

Great new bar that just opened in Hamilton. A 2nd location to the Farside in Chinatown in Toronto. A good selection of classic cocktails and local Ontario craft beers, ciders and seltzers from breweries like Leftfield, Blood Brothers and Collective Arts among others. Its a cool,quirky bar that's worth stopping by if youre in the area.

We came here for the first time and the drinks were awesome and so was the atmosphere! The food is exactly what you expect for the price (which absolutely isn’t a bad thing!) and we loved it. A good cheap snack, delicious drinks and a super cute patio! Definitely will be back.

Apparently they need a new ceiling and can’t allow more people in than this. So while our group of five was waiting at the door two people left, and the door girl let a random new customer in who just showed up. When questioned why he was allowed in but not us her response was “one in one out.” I told her that we were here first, and that he should be in line behind us, but she had no grasp of this concept and maintained that he was “just one guy.”
